The Divine Beasts, although located, are still out of your grasp until you become stronger. You and your fellow adventurers have been assigned to collect more Heart Containers which help improve health. This will be vital in your ability to overcome the monstrous mechanical beasts of lore. You and your fellow adventurers aren't exactly sure where to begin though. Your only clue is to visit the Goddess Statues.
You believe you've seen one or two of these before, but you aren't sure. Unfortunately, your adventurers also come to the same conclusion. You decide to start asking around in town, but unfortunately, none of the villagers seem to know anything about these Statues.
After a hard day of work, you choose to stay at a local inn. It's a lot fancier than camping by a fire or one of those stable inns you've passed along the way. It has a proper bar and they even have "deluxe rooms" whatever that means. Since you aren't made of rupees, you and your comrades just go for a standard room.
Before heading to bed, you go ahead and grab a drink from the bar, nothing alcoholic as you are trying to not inhibit yourself on this journey, but a jug of fresh milk. There's nothing better in the world than fresh milk. You chug it and are about to leave, when you notice a picture at the back of the bar with an old church. You squint a bit, and see a picture of the bartender standing just inside and...
..the face of a giant Goddess Statue is visible in the corner of the photo.
You quickly go tell your fellow adventurers. One remembers seeing an old church back atop the plateau where you all woke up. You all agree to get a good night's sleep and in the morning plan to visit the church to see if it's the one you were meant to visit.
Morning comes and as soon as all three of you are ready, and you leave the inn. It takes about half a day, but eventually you arrive at the giant wall that surrounds the Great Plateau.
You all find a nearby Sheikah Tower and glide from it, barely catching the edge of the Plateau and scrambling up. Once you are all atop the Plateau you walk past some of the rubble. Near the top of a steep incline you see, nestled perfectly on top, the remains of what was once a magnificent church. Despite a few slight cosmetic differences, it looks almost identical to the picture you saw in the bar.
With a nod you and your companions head up the hill. Just as you start to walk up the steps towards the church, a couple of fearsome Moblins step onto the path with clubs that look almost as large as them. You draw your blades and rush forward, trying to catch them off guard.
It sorta works, but it doesn't take them long to bash you all back with their giant clubs. It stings a bit as you feel scrapes on your sides, but you manage not to lose your footing as you slash back ferociously with your blades.
After a few more parried blows and a few more hits landing, you all finally manage to fell the Moblins. With a quick wipe of the sweat off your brow, you climb the rest of the stairs until you are finally at the doors. You push them and with a rickety creak they slowly slide open.
As you enter, it's very obvious you are in the right spot. A Goddess Statue the size of the room sits at the far end of the mostly empty and foliage ridden remains of the church. You walk over to it and begin to give a silent prayer asking for it to give you guidance.
Heroes, welcome. Accept this Heart Container and seek out the others at the locations I indicate.
The voice that you heard in your head stops and you look up to see a glowing red heart coming down slowly towards you. You stretch you arms out towards it. The red heart rests in your hands a bit before glowing and slowly absorbing into you. You close your eyes and feel it's warmth embrace you. You suddenly feel like you are a bit stronger.
Once this is done, you feel a buzz in your pocket and pull out the Sheikah Slate. The Goddess Statue appears to have indicated locations of more Heart Containers.
It seems you and your fellow adventurers have more work to obtain...
Heart Containers.
