I don't even know what a Sensor+ is. What I recall is immediately after the auction you stated you bid on everything but received nothing. I do not think a more cheeky lie was told to me this entire game! I'm sure the answer to this isn't interesting to everyone but can you make a list of the strategies you used in the later challenges as well as what items you had, where you got them and what they did? I'm curious to know how many more were sitting in your pockets unused. So the Sheikah Sensor+ was an item hidden in the tribal spreadsheets during the Divine Beast maze challenge. Before Tribal Council deadline any round, the recipient of the Sensor+ could activate it and target one other player. If any votes were cast for that person, then the Sensor+ would let its owner know. And I apologize for that. Part of me was stunned to have gotten items, but the strategic part of me knew that I could and would be targeted if players realized what I had at my disposal. I didn't tell anyone I had won anything because doing so would forfeit any element of surprise or potential leverage down the line. • Minor, Moderate, and Major Tests of Strength: So the strategy I employed for the puzzles didn't really take effect until the Moderate Test of Strength, but I felt it best to include them all here. Short explanation is that I would run the puzzles once or twice to get a feel for positioning of the pieces. I would do my best to study them as I went as well. From there, subsequent runs I would pause the puzzle at intervals to further study the pieces, try mapping out locations in quadrants, unpause, place pieces, and then repeat. • Rito Song Shrine Quest: This challenge was one of the highlights of the game for me. Mipha and I spent the evening prior to deadline simulating different rounds with random words. We tested out different tactics, using synonyms, antonyms, words that rhymed, to simply see how we both would tackle the actual challenge from both the Clue Giver and Guesser roles. We really committed to getting on the same wavelength, and that really helped us out. As I said at the time, too, Mipha gave excellent clues when we started the challenge. She saw that I responded better to word association and catered the initial clues with that in mind. It was truly a collaborative endeavor. • Shifting Through Inventory: I'll admit the strategy for this was embarrassing and excessive. Not knowing what information would factor into the challenge, I committed to going through each thread and logging relevant information into a spreadsheet. This included, thread creator, date of creation, number of posts, and any information I thought might be important. For instance, I had already counted the birds the the Pictures of Birds thread, had a count of the different avatars (which helped with the "Which player posted pictures of avatars?" question), and information along those lines that made the actual challenge a matter of referencing notes. • Goron Mining: Again, this was mostly luck based. I had written down my answers to the initial survey, so I at least had an idea of what responses to avoid on the back end of the challenge to score points. The "most answered" portion of the challenge was a bit easier, but I really put thought into answers that I didn't think others would put to maximize the potential to close any gaps. • Sheikah Messsage Scramble: N/A. Was arrowed out of the challenge. I didn't even know the challenge was happening or had concluded until the Tribal Council was posted. _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ _ ITEMS: 1. Sensor+ | Acquired in Naboris during the challenge. Passed it to Link shortly after receiving it, so never used it myself. 2. Urbosa's Fury | Acquired in the Kara Kara Bazzar. According to the description, the item is a Strike-Back Vote: I could activate the item for myself or for another player. In doing so, any player who cast a vote against the recipient of Urbosa's Fury would receive an auto vote. Suspecting Epona had the double vote and that they would be targeting Revali, I used it on Revali at Final Five. 3. Revali's Gale | Acquired in the Kara Kara Bazzar. This was an Item Stealer. To use it, I had to target a player, and if they had an item I would be able to take it. If they had multiple items, however, the advantage I stole would be determined at random. For a good portion of the Merge, I had been waiting to use this on Sidon suspecting he had an idol. I knew he also had the Extra Vote, though, so I worked with you, Revali, and Mipha to create situations in which Sidon may feel compelled to use the vote so that it would be a guaranteed idol steal. When he played his own, I then directed my attention to Kohga without knowing if he actually had any items at his disposal. Of the remaining players, he seemed most likely to have an idol (again, seeing his score in Moderate Test of Strength left little doubt in my mind he was a top contender for the Power Idol), but I did not anticipate him having the half-idol as well. 4. Bomb Arrow | Acquired in the Kara Kara Bazzar. This item was a Vote Blocker. Did not use. 5. Fire Arrow | Acquired in the Kara Kara Bazzar. As you know, the recipient of this item would be protected in the event a Tribal Council went to rocks. For those of you just seeing this item, I passed it to Oven during the tie between Kass and Revali to ensure that, if Epona, Kohga, and Sidon did decide to force a rock draw, Revali (as part of the tie) and Oven would both me safe in the resolution, thereby guaranteeing one threat would go regardless. Did not use. 6. Ice Arrow | Acquired in the Kara Kara Bazzar. This item was essentially Safety Without Power. I held onto it in the event I might need to either protect an ally or myself, or to remove a player from a vote to get the numbers on my side. I debated whether to use this on Kohga so that he couldn't idol Sidon, but I ultimately decided leaving Epona exposed was far riskier at Final Five. As explained in my opening statement, I used the Ice Arrow to leave Kohga, Mipha, Revali, and Sidon with limited options and to, ideally, reveal who fit into each player's endgame plans and to ensure Sidon was eliminated. 7. Master Cycle Zero | Acquired in the Divine Trial Tribe. This item was a hidden immunity idol, but if I had played it I would have lost my vote. Its parter in the Lost Woods Tribe was the Master Sword. Did not use. 8. Remote Bomb | Received from Ancient Oven. This item was a Vote Nullifier. 9. Ingredients | Stolen from Kohga with Revali's Gale at Final Six. This item was a half-idol. Did not use.

youre the one finalist i never met. is that fair? It's definitely unfortunate because I've heard nothing but good things when you've come up in conversations. I don't necessarily see it as a matter of being fair or unfair, though — it just happened to be how our journeys played out. Hopefully, this Q&A period allows us to introduce ourselves to one another or otherwise gives you a bit more information about me. If my responses help make your decision any easier (regardless of where your vote goes), then I will consider that a success. It's nice to meet you!

This isn't really my question, but:
When you pause the puzzle, it hides all the pieces. So I don't understand!

This isn't really my question, but: When you pause the puzzle, it hides all the pieces. So I don't understand! That's why you take a screenshot, the print screen function is lovely. Or maybe you can just remember where the piece was. Apparently I'm allowed to comment in here, but I'm gonna go back to my lovely thread.

Help! Impelf is pointing a gun at my head and forcing me to ask a question or two. If you were in this position, question would you ask?

Hey I'm back!
Firstly: disappointed that I didn't get idoled out by the motorcycle idol, but I can deal. You didn't exactly need to do that.
Secondly: just wanted to clarify that me telling those close to Kass about the plan was me just being oblivious as to how the relationships other than my own looked. I didn't mean to make you think you couldn't trust me, that was just me being bad at reading people/not having a lot of information =P but I understand why you felt you had to vote me out given that combined with the slip that me and Sidon were final two bros.
My question: I see you accumulated a lot of items and you've talked about which ones you used/didn't use and how you used them, which is nice. What I wanted to ask from here is if we look at the items you didn't use or give away, do you feel like they were important to your game? That is, was your game changed by this abundance of gadgets that ended up not seeing the public eye? Or did you use them as trust building tools as well?

Help! Impelf is pointing a gun at my head and forcing me to ask a question or two. If you were in this position, question would you ask? How rude of them! I will gladly lend my assistance to the cause <3 If I were to ask a question, it would probably be: "What one quote from Breath of the Wild best characterizes your experience or outlook on this game and why?" [PEDIT] My answer would be the following: "You have my word. I won't rest until the Calamity falls." — Urbosa I think all of us at one point or another experienced moments where we wanted to throw in the towel, where we wanted the game, its items, its twists, and the strain of its Tribal Councils to be over. I know I did. As I mentioned in my opening statements, though, I came into this game with so much I hoped to prove to myself, and I had to remind myself in those moments of doubt that I owed it to myself, to my allies, to the Guides and Spectators to keep fighting. Regardless of how the game concludes, I can look back on the experience and confidently say I left my heart on the battlefield. (I'm also quite partial to Zelda's, "Courage need not be remembered, for it is never forgotten.")

That is, was your game changed by this abundance of gadgets that ended up not seeing the public eye? Or did you use them as trust building tools as well? I appreciate you saying that. For my part, I apologize for jumping to the worst possible conclusion in the heat of the moment. Given the account of your gameplay on Stamina Vessel and a strong suspicion you were one of the two votes for Hunnie, I assumed I had been "Oaki'd," that I had extended an offering of trust and collaboration but had walked into a trap. My answer: I definitely believe some of the unused advantages helped reinforce the bonds I had worked to make throughout the game. As we entered the rounds following your elimination, I decided to let Oven know I had the idol against every instinct in me that said not to. I worried about that information spreading through the tribe, but I also recognized Oven and I had been through quite a bit individually and together through the game, so I wanted to make sure they knew I meant it when I said I had their posterior racks covered — that they weren't alone or otherwise didn't have to feel like the entire tribe was against them after consistently being tossed around as a counter vote. As I spoke about briefly earlier, Urbosa's Fury proved pivotal (at least in my perspective) to convince Revali to change his vote from me to Epona. I worried that, even with the item activated, it was possible we wouldn't have the votes — Mipha had said she was voting Epona, but one can never be sure when coming down to the wire. Understandably, Revali assumed I was either bluffing or was trying to lull him into a false sense of security so that I could advance my own plans, but it was important to me that he felt secure to take that leap. The Bomb Arrow really never came into play. I never told anyone I had it.

I can't blame you for thinking I was up to something, I got scapegoated very hard at Stamina (and was given misleading information about my elimination when returning), so I had accepted that everyone was going to assume I was being evil regardless of what I was actually doing. Didn't help that I was being subtlety chaotic so when I had been caught actually doing stuff it made it sound like a complete fireball.
I'm just glad I got that explicit clarification because I couldn't understand why you had turned on me over accidentally having it get back to Kass =P

Hey Urbosa, it's unfortunate that due to the tribe split that led to my elimination, you are the only finalist who had anything to do with my vote off. IMO a Survivor jury inherently carries subjective biases and emotion, but from where I'm sitting I have no reason to feel any bitterness towards Mipha or Revali. Personally, I would like my elimination to be a relevant part of the story of the winner of the game. So I would like to vote for you, but I would also like to know just how much you were BSing me during the game. So in regards to my elimination:
1. How did you know or suspect that I had leaked your proposal of an alliance between you/me/Revali/Oven to Kohga? 2. If I hadn't leaked this information, do you expect that round would have ended differently? 3. In the minute that deadline hit on my elimination, you sent me a final PM insisting that you wanted to go to the end with me, and that I was the only person you felt comfortable with after Mipha left. Can you explain your reasons for sending this PM? Were your statements sincere, or was this just a contingency plan in case I played an idol or something?

Can you explain your reasons for sending this PM? Were your statements sincere, or was this just a contingency plan in case I played an idol or something? Hunnie, I want you to know I wasn't BSing you in the slightest. I wanted to go far into the game with you, but had major doubts going into the Divine Trial Tribe that those feelings were reciprocated. 1. I don't really have a way to explain my suspicions beyond a gut feeling. The vibe of our interactions seemed to shift ever so slightly, and coupled with Kohga's PMs that suggested the two of you had grown much closer than previously anticipated, I assumed the only way that could have happened is if you had given him information of some sort to demonstrate he could trust you. I mentioned this in my Confessional at the time, but I was hyper-aware that the only reason I knew about Horse's plan to create an Underdog Alliance was because you told me. I suspected the same had just happened to me, and it stung. 2. I do. I wanted to use the idol on you. We had discussed voting Kass here, and I was fully prepared to forfeit my vote, protect you, and get Kass out. I just couldn't risk moving forward and worrying that I would have to look over my shoulder at each turn to make sure whatever plans we tried to create weren't being leaked. That may have not been a factor after you saw all the votes on you, but in the moment there was no way to guarantee that. 3. This PM came in a moment of frustration and confusion, but it was sincere. Like I said, I was honestly hurt to think that one of the people I felt closest to may have thrown in her lot with another group. The reason I led into that PM by saying I wasn't sure how the vote would go was because I wasn't sure. I wasn't certain how close you and Kohga actually were, so I wasn't positive that when the group agreed you were the target that that was legitimate. I'm sorry the vote went the way it did, but finding out after that the concerns were warranted — that you telling Kohga put a target on me, Oven, and Revali — it seemed to be a choice I HAD to make.
