[Tribe Korok Forest] There's no time for rest for the weary! The remaining heroes who survived the first trials quickly gather up into sets of three to visit the six settlements. You find yourself in the crew of adventurers headed for the Misty Woodlands known as Korok Forest. You and the other two adventurers who appear to be joining you for this take your paragliders, give each other a nod and leap off. The wind whips your face as you take in the sight of Hyrule. The lands are covered in a blanketed darkness, but as you sail past the clouds, you see the splendor of the trees and the sparkling lakes that coat the land in a brilliant display of colors. The tall rocky peaks line the continent as if holding the entirety of the lands, protecting them from outside horrors. But alas, as you sail beyond the central point, you see the purple clouds that plague them from within. The sinister, dark aura that adds pressure as you descend. Calamity Ganon is the virus that must be cured, and you know time is not on your side. You land in one of the many fields of green, and pull out the sheikah slate and pull up the map function that appears to have updated to your current area. You and your two new comrades look around and begin to head in the direction that a small glowing yellow dot. ~~~~~~~~~~~ After trekking for what feels like hours, the three of you go from the damp soft grassy meadows to more earthen, dirt filled pathways. Though it's not particularly difficult to walk on the path, you soon find yourself going from clear skies to a shrouded mist. The transition happens gradually and before you know it the sky is dark and you can only see about 30-40 feet in front of you. Although there's no Divine Beast in these woods, you have reason to believe from your time with King Hyrule, that something lies sleeping in these woods that can help you in your fight against Calamity Ganon. Just when you think you should turn back, out of the deep fog that has set in, you notice something. The ruins of an old wall begin to stick out of the fog like a sore thumb. it appears made of cobblestone, and was likely very large, at one point. Now it's just a jagged part of what once was likely the wall to a large building. Vines are growing out of it. While you would normally just walk away, something about the place where a door likely once stood feels like it's calling to you, beckoning even. You and your two adventurers are compelled to approach the opening, which appears to just go into more woods. No sooner do you touch the wall next to the opening to help give you steady footing when you step over it, a voice rings out in your head. Take the torch, it will light the way. You aren't sure who the voice belongs to. it's deep. it feels almost ancient, a voice that, like you, has been sleeping for sometime and appears to have recently awoken. And it has awoken for you. Though you have no idea what it's talking about, you didn't see a tor- As you begin to wonder if you are going crazy, a small light illuminates in the distance. it is a beacon in the pea soup fog. You look at your comrades and then walk over to the light. Just as the voice said, it is indeed a torch. it's a little weird, but this is your best chance at getting through the woods to try to find the prize at the end of your travels. Whatever that may be. You take a few steps into the woods. There are trees everywhere and the fog does appear to clear up, but only in the immediate vicinity. There's no obvious path, but with the torch you feel a little more confident to carry on. You walk for a little bit, but then feel a chill. You look to your comrades but they have both vanished into a deep fog that is ascending on you very quickly! You try to turn, but you feel yourself being pulled. Before you know it, you are standing with your two comrades, torch in hand, back at the cobblestone wall you started in. You shake your head. What the heck just happened? After the shock wears off, the three of you decide to try again, but this time you take a slightly different path. As you do, you get farther and believe you have to be on the right path now! Unfortunately, moments later you all are pulled back to the entrance again. You are beginning to get frustrated. This isn't leading anywhere. Maybe this was a dead end. What could actually be out here that is worth this trouble? Just as you are about to suggest that you leave, you hear something. it's a clinking sound, almost like beads in a bowl being jingled around. You call out to see who is there. Hello! Are you lost? You are startled as a small creature, who appears to be made out of wood with a leaf over it's face like a mask appears. As it walks, it makes the clanking sound that you heard before. You respond that you are lost. These woods are confusing. Here, follow me! i'll help you through! it immediately begins to waddle off hurriedly. You are shocked that it can move so fast for basically having no limbs and being extremely tiny. You don't waste any time as you follow him, torch in hand. The three of you keep going, zigzagging in and out of trees keeping up with the surprisingly speedy guy. After turning a corner, you see two giant boulders that appear out of the fog and the creature waddles between them. You follow him, and blink as you emerge into a fogless forest filled with brilliant green foliage and golden sunlight streaming through. Butterflies of all colors are flapping around you and more of the wooded creatures are all around, looking at you as if eager to meet you and curious about your appearance. in this clearing you also see a giant tree that has to be hundreds if not thousands of years old. in your heart, you feel that tugging you felt when the voice spoke to you earlier. Whatever you came here to find, you know that speaking to the giant tree will be crucial. You begin walking towards him, looking all around at the magnificent place known as... Korok Forest. [Tribe Rito Village] There's no time for rest for the weary! The remaining heroes who survived the first trials quickly gather up into sets of three to visit the six settlements. You find yourself in the crew of adventurers headed for the Rocky Cliff known as Rito Village. ~~~ After trekking for what feels like hours, the three of you go from the damp soft grassy meadows to a more rocky, dirt filled canyon. Steep cliffs loom on either side. You begin to feel a sense of how small you really are compared to the rest of the world when you look up at the gargantuan walls of rock. Though it is sunny outside, in the shadows created by the vast size of the canyon, you sometimes feel as if you are walking at night. The three of you walk through the valley, but eventually pause. Your device tells you that your destination is atop one of the canyon walls. You have no idea how you are going to scale the wall. At best, you'd probably make it up to the jagged outcropping about halfway up, but you aren't even sure if you'd make that. Maybe if you had a foothold somewhere you could- Then one of your companions points and calls out. You follow the finger as it points towards a specific place and then your eyes widen. Hanging about 40 feet in the air is a dangling ladder that leads to a platform and a series of ascending platforms connected by rickety walkways. it goes around the far side of the cliff, but you have to imagine so long as it doesn't stop, you should be able to ascend to the top with no problem. The three of you walk over to the dangling walkway. it doesn't take you long to climb the wall and leap onto the ladder. it's a bit rough and the last adventurer nearly plummets. Probably not to their death, but it wouldn't feel good falling from that height! Regardless, it appears you've all made it to the platform above relatively unscathed. You continue along the bridge. There aren't handrails or stable paths, this appears to have been built in a hurry and made for the sole purpose of getting up quickly. Unfortunately, this means that your balance isn't perfect and a couple of times you catch yourself swaying a bit, having to catch yourself on the side of the cliff, scraping your hand a bit. it hurts, sharp jagged rocks scraping against skin, but you have a healing mushroom in your pack that should lessen the pain when you find yourself in a less precarious position. You are closing in on another platform when you hear the splintering of wood and a cry for help. You turn around to see two monsters approaching and one of your companions dangling from a broken pathway. You draw your sword. These pig face moblins mean to kill you and you aren't going to sit around. You don't have time to debate it. You take on one, while your companion takes on the other. You have to carefully step as you fling your blade forward. Any misstep, and you are likely to fall to your doom. You parry a blow from the moblin's spear as you stagger a bit. You almost stumble off the platform, but manage to steady yourself. You leap forward and finally knock the moblin off of the pathway, sending it careening to its demise below. Your companion has also finished dealing with his Moblin. Together you make your way over to your dangling comrade and help lift them up. The three of you continue up, avoiding a couple loose boards as you finally make your way to the top of the cliff. The view is now very obvious. You are standing on the edge of the cliff looking down at a very obviously giant Rock structure in what appears to be yet another canyon. At the top of the rock structure, you see what looks like a place where a very large bird may want to land. As you check the sheikah slate, you observe this is your destination. it appears to be about a half day walk, but you don't see any further obstacles in your way. You all take out your paragliders and ride the winds off of the nearby ledge as you begin to float down the fields towards the one bridge that leads to and from... Rito Village. [Tribe Banner]

[Tribe Kakariko Village] There's no time for rest for the weary! The remaining heroes who survived the first trials quickly gather up into sets of three to visit the six settlements. You find yourself in the crew of adventurers headed for the Hidden Hideaway known as Kakariko Village. ~~~ After trekking for what feels like hours, the three of you go from the damp soft grassy meadows to the sides of a river bank. The river flows very slowly, as if almost frozen in time. it lazily moves through two giant cliffs that appear to be separate, but almost meet at the top. it's probably just a few feet short of being a tunnel of sorts. The bank continues below the two cliffs and curls around a corner, that appears to open up into another field, though all you can see is the green grass on the other side, not much else. it looks like it's at least a 15 minutes walk through this mostly dark tunnel and it's almost impossible to make out if there's anything that would prevent you from passing through. You and your two comrades enter the naturally built tunnel. When you arrive at the entrance, a gust of wind brushes past you, but another step in and the air evens out a bit more. You take a moment to straighten your things and push further inside. As you round the corner, you immediately press against the wall in the shadows. You just barely avoided being spotted by a small camp of moblins who have apparently set up a fire near the river here. You look around the corner. There are three of them. Each of them have some form of wooden weapon and are pacing about. Atop a small outlook is a treasure chest with an evil, purple, glaring face on it. The three of you begin to quietly form a plan of attack. Using your surroundings you put one adventurer on a nearby outcropping who will lead the attack. it's a bit of a suicide mission, but you have faith that your fellow adventurer can handle it. You wait until he lets out a battle cry. You look around to see him leap down from the cliff onto the closest moblin, catching it off guard. The other two moblins grab their weapons and make a dash for him. You and your other adventurer sneak in as they have their backs turned and attack while they are distracted. The three of you manage to overcome the moblins and fell them with relative ease. As you do, you hear a ding and the treasure chest is now glowing white. You climb up the ladder and open it. inside you obtain extra arrows which you distribute to your comrades. There are some makeshift bows the moblins were using nearby, nothing fancy, very primitive, but useable. Once you are complete with your plunder of items from the area, you continue to the other side of the tunnel into a giant, green meadow, filled with little white and yellow flowers. You can smell the fresh scent of applies, likely from nearby apple trees. it's truly beautiful here. But you know you don't have time to enjoy this. According to your map the village is across a nearby bridge and up a gentle sloping path. it looks like a long path and you decide to check out the nearby stables to see if they have a horse to rent. You are in luck! The stable owner is more than willing to rent you each a horse for a nominal fee, which luckily you appear to have awoken with the exact amount of rupees you need. You pay the owner and climb on a horse. Riding takes a little getting use to, you have to spend a few minutes getting the horse to trust your commands, but by the end of it, you are satisfied with the results. You begin to gallop forward across the bridge and up the grassy path. About halfway up, you see a giant being who looks a bit like a weird tree. My magic maracas! i can't find them! Can you adventurers help me? i think i dropped them somewhere around here. Though you have a mission, you all feel that you can spare a few minutes to help this creature out. You tie your horses to a nearby branch and then begin looking. it takes about 15 minutes before one of your comrades finally notices a small cave up ahead and at the entrance it looks like the maracas are lying there. They are festive and red, standing out a bit like a sore thumb. You all quickly return them to the owner. You found them! Yippee. Thank you so much! SHAAAA-LAAAH-KAHHH!!! The creature begins to dance a bit shaking the maracas and you feel your inventory increase in size. Apparently, they have magical properties that help you increase your storage. You thank the creature, whose name is Hestu, and proceed on your way. The sun is beginning to set, making the sky erupt in a brilliant shade of orange as you slowly pass underneath a wooden gateway with small white and red banners dangling in the wind above it. You all get off of your horses and look around. There appear to be several villagers clad in white tending to crops and gathering wood for fires. You see a small signpost that confirms you have finally arrived in... Kakariko Village. [Tribe Banner]

[Evantide island] (aka Exile island) in the last challenge, you were trying to shield surf to beat your other adventurers for a cash prize. Unfortunately, you did not have a lot of time to practice and strayed off course. You tried to stop or get ahold of yourself, but lost control and found yourself going down a steep slope and careening off a cliff. You try to call out for help or reach out for anything, but you are flailing into the night sky until with a loud crash, you are plunged into the frigid depths of what you assume to be an ocean due to the heavy salt that stings your chapped lips. You try to tread water and keep your head above the waves, but you soon find yourself unable to do so as you slip below the water into the unconscious. # Your eyes blink as bright sunlight beams down upon you and you strain as you slowly spit sand out of your mouth. Seagulls are screeching overhead and you can smell some sort of fresh fruit. You shake your head and sit up. Your whole body aches, likely from having fallen into the ocean prior. You groan as you reach down to your pack to pull out some food, but blink as you only touch your own waist. You look down and realize all you have is a ripped pair of pants and the tattered remains of your shirt left. Your sword, your shield, your supplies...everything is gone! Panic begins to set in as you stand up and look around. To your horror you see only sandy beaches, and behind you a very very thin line of foliage and palm trees. A small hill looms to the side of what appears to be an island you've found yourself on. in the far distance, you think you can see what looks like another body of land, maybe its where you came from? in any case it would be far too long to swim to given you have nothing but the clothes you washed ashore with. To you that has traveled to this island... Welcome to Evantide island. This place is known as the island of rebirth. Where adventurers arrive in order to start over. i will give you a task in a moment, and should you complete it, you will return to land with the object you had prior plus a bonus. Do you wish to accept the challenge? You look around for the source of the voice, but it appears, much like Zelda's, this voice is only playing in your head. There is no obvious person anywhere, though a few moblins appear to have made camp a little further down the beach. They don't appear to have noticed you yet. Obviously, you have to accept the challenge. You don't know how else to get off this barren place. You nod, but fold your arms as you don't really feel you have another option. For the next 48 hours, survive here using only the resources you find on this island. if you can manage that, i will bestow upon you the belongings you washed ashore with along with a bonus. Best of luck adventurer. Survive for 48 hours. This doesn't seem too bad. So long as the moblins don't get you and you can find a source of food and water, you should be able to meet the challenge. Clearly if you can survive falling off a cliff and nearly drowning, what's a deserted island (minus the monsters) got on you? You look around and grab a nearby stick. Certainly taking out the moblins and getting some of that delicious meat would be a good start. You begin to plan how you are going to get that accomplished. Thus you begin taking on the challenge of... Evantide island. [Exile island Banner]

[Tribe Heart Container] The Divine Beasts, although located, are still out of your grasp until you become stronger. You and your fellow adventurers have been assigned to collect more Heart Containers which help improve health. This will be vital in your ability to overcome the monstrous mechanical beasts of lore. You and your fellow adventurers aren't exactly sure where to begin though. Your only clue is to visit the Goddess Statues. You believe you've seen one or two of these before, but you aren't sure. Unfortunately, your adventurers also come to the same conclusion. You decide to start asking around in town, but unfortunately, none of the villagers seem to know anything about these Statues. After a hard day of work, you choose to stay at a local inn. It's a lot fancier than camping by a fire or one of those stable inns you've passed along the way. It has a proper bar and they even have "deluxe rooms" whatever that means. Since you aren't made of rupees, you and your comrades just go for a standard room. Before heading to bed, you go ahead and grab a drink from the bar, nothing alcoholic as you are trying to not inhibit yourself on this journey, but a jug of fresh milk. There's nothing better in the world than fresh milk. You chug it and are about to leave, when you notice a picture at the back of the bar with an old church. You squint a bit, and see a picture of the bartender standing just inside and... ..the face of a giant Goddess Statue is visible in the corner of the photo. You quickly go tell your fellow adventurers. One remembers seeing an old church back atop the plateau where you all woke up. You all agree to get a good night's sleep and in the morning plan to visit the church to see if it's the one you were meant to visit. Morning comes and as soon as all three of you are ready, and you leave the inn. It takes about half a day, but eventually you arrive at the giant wall that surrounds the Great Plateau. You all find a nearby Sheikah Tower and glide from it, barely catching the edge of the Plateau and scrambling up. Once you are all atop the Plateau you walk past some of the rubble. Near the top of a steep incline you see, nestled perfectly on top, the remains of what was once a magnificent church. Despite a few slight cosmetic differences, it looks almost identical to the picture you saw in the bar. With a nod you and your companions head up the hill. Just as you start to walk up the steps towards the church, a couple of fearsome Moblins step onto the path with clubs that look almost as large as them. You draw your blades and rush forward, trying to catch them off guard. It sorta works, but it doesn't take them long to bash you all back with their giant clubs. It stings a bit as you feel scrapes on your sides, but you manage not to lose your footing as you slash back ferociously with your blades. After a few more parried blows and a few more hits landing, you all finally manage to fell the Moblins. With a quick wipe of the sweat off your brow, you climb the rest of the stairs until you are finally at the doors. You push them and with a rickety creak they slowly slide open. As you enter, it's very obvious you are in the right spot. A Goddess Statue the size of the room sits at the far end of the mostly empty and foliage ridden remains of the church. You walk over to it and begin to give a silent prayer asking for it to give you guidance. Heroes, welcome. Accept this Heart Container and seek out the others at the locations I indicate. The voice that you heard in your head stops and you look up to see a glowing red heart coming down slowly towards you. You stretch you arms out towards it. The red heart rests in your hands a bit before glowing and slowly absorbing into you. You close your eyes and feel it's warmth embrace you. You suddenly feel like you are a bit stronger. Once this is done, you feel a buzz in your pocket and pull out the Sheikah Slate. The Goddess Statue appears to have indicated locations of more Heart Containers. It seems you and your fellow adventurers have more work to obtain... Heart Containers. [Tribe Banner]

[Tribe Stamina Vessel] The Divine Beasts, although located, are still out of your grasp until you become stronger. You and your fellow adventurers have been assigned to collect more Stamina Vessels which help improve strength. This will be vital in your ability to traverse the vastness of Hyrule and scale treacherous mountains. You and your fellow adventurers aren't exactly sure where to begin though. Your only clue is to visit the Goddess Statues. You decide to visit Kakariko Village on a hunch. One of your fellow adventurers recalled seeing a statue of some kind in the middle of a pond. Since other adventurers had gone before, your path is pretty much set and it doesn't take you long at all to arrive. The village itself rests in the mountains and is well protected on all sides by hills and rock. Most of the villagers wear the same outfit. Mostly white robes with some red stripes. Some have pointed straw hats, others don't. All wear some form of wooden sandals. As they go about their business, you begin to explore the town a bit. A lot of farming, sales, and tending to animals appear to be happening in the village. You can smell the earthen smell of freshly harvested carrots and pumpkins. The chickens cluck all around you as they peck seeds from the ground for eating. Children laugh as they run around playing their little games. And as you round a corner, past the nearby store selling arrows and other goods, you find it. A lone Goddess Statue sits in the middle of a small pond. You all look at each other and smile. You've found it! You walk up to it and give it a small prayer hoping something will happen, but it doesn't. You frown and try again, but it's as if the statue is lifeless. You are about to give up when you turn around and a kid is looking at you. You trying to make the statue bless you? It needs to be activated. I could show you how, but I need help. You see, I'm trying to make a stew for my mom's birthday but I keep messing up the recipe. Could you help me out? I'll make it worth your while. You scratch your head. You don't really have time to be wasting, but you don't see another alternative as you are stumped. With a shrug to your comrades, you all decide to get cracking. You follow the kid to a nearby pot and he shows you some ingredients. From your time having made food while traveling from town to town, you immediately realize he is trying to make a stew without proper vegetables and the right added flavors. You check your wallet and you have a few rupees to spare. You have the kid begin working on heating up the broth as you go to the nearby store to purchase the missing ingredients. It takes about 20 minutes or so, but you finally return with the right ingredients. You quickly chop and add them alongside the delicious meat the kid had gathered. Within another 10-20 minutes, you have a delightful smelling stew. The kid beams at you. He picks up one of the burning sticks from the bottom of the pot and hands it to you, telling you to light the torches around the statue to give it life. With the stick in hand you begin to wade around the pond, which is only about waist deep and slowly light the unlit torches. Once the final one is lit, a beam of light emits from the statue. You walk up to it. Adventurers, you have done well to get this far, let me reward you with this Stamina Vessel. In addition, I will point out the locations of several more for you. You hold your arms out as a green object that looks like a raindrop floats into your hands. It emits a warm green glow and then slowly absorbs into your body. You take a deep breath as a feeling of ability to push yourself farther flows throughout your body. Once this is done your adventurers all pull out their sheikah slates as more dots appear on the screen. This appears to be where you need to head next. You have successfully obtained a... [Tribe Spirit Orb] The Divine Beasts, although located, are still out of your grasp until you become stronger. You and your fellow adventurers have been assigned to collect more Spirit Orbs which help improve fortune and will aid the other adventurers. You and your fellow adventurers aren't exactly sure where to begin though. Your only clue is to visit the Shrines made by the Sheikah of lore. One of your fellow adventurers recall seeing a Shrine back in Hateno Village, so you set your sights on heading that direction. Luckily, because your fellow adventurers already visited that place, there's a clear route. You all walk about half a day before finally coming upon the peaceful Village. As you make your way into town, the Shrine sticks out like a sore thumb. You walk over to it and stand in front of it. There's a small pedestal which has an indent that looks like it's about the size of your Sheikah Slate. On instinct, you take it out and place it in the indent. But unfortunately, it doesn't appear to work. You walk up to what you believe is the entrance and push on the blocks, but nothing shifts. It's like there's no power going to this Shrine. What a conundrum. As if on queue, there's a loud boom that comes from atop a high hill above you. It appears to have emitted from what appears to be a giant laboratory that sits atop the hill. You blink a moment and then decide it probably has something to do with the lack of power to the shrine, maybe? In any case you don't really have any other leads, so you decide to head that direction. You climb the hill, it's a bit steep, but you manage to make it without being too winded. Thank goodness you've been traveling all over Hyrule to build up your stamina thus far! As you arrive at the lab, you knock on the door and enter after a voice tells you to come inside. Hello Adventurers, sorry for disturbing you. It appears my blue flame cauldron has exploded. Probably ran it too hot again. I would go get the torch to relight it, but I'm not built for the enemies that stand in the path. Would you be able to help me out? If you help, it will power up various parts of Hateno Village that rely on it...including a Shrine that I imagine you are trying to get to? The woman seems wise, but is very very short, almost the size of a child. You can see why it might be difficult for her to make the trip. Given you can't proceed without this "blue flame", you agree to help out. She instructs you to take the torch outside and head to the glowing blue light in the distance. Once the cauldron is lit again it should power the items in the village including the Shrine. You nod and grab the torch sitting next to the door and head down towards the glowing light. Along the way, you can see why this is going to be a touch challenging. There are several large moblins patrolling the area. They carry giant spears and look like they can do some nasty damage if you alert them. Seeing no other alternate. You decide to take them on before trying to get the blue flame. You manage to catch them in a surprise attack and land several blows before they howl and begin to jab at you. A couple of the jabs make contact and you wince as you leap back, holding your side. Shoot, your comrades are relying on you but the two moblins are now closing in. You back up more, but bump into a tree. You would try to go around but the way both moblins have you pinned you would bump into a spear. Just as you are getting ready to say your prayers, a couple of yells emit as two of your fellow adventurers leap from the tree and strike both of the giant moblins. You take a breath of relief as with a couple final strikes they go down. You begin applying first aid to your wound and after a few minutes, decide it's good enough to hold. With the moblins taken down, you approach the blue flame. You dip your torch into the flame and then begin running back up the hill to the lab. At the top, you arrive at the cauldron and throw the torch in as it's just about reached the end. With a small spark, it lights up and several lights can be seen sparking throughout the village, including the Shrine. Wasting no more time, you immediately head that direction. This time when you put your Sheikah Slate into the slot it lights up and the shrine buzzes with energy as the stones move, revealing an entrance and a small circular pedestal. You all go to the pedestal and stand on it. Slowly you descend into a well lit chamber that is cavernous and expands everywhere. A voice tells you to solve the puzzle within in order to reach the shrine. It takes you awhile, putting all of your abilities to use as you maneuver a giant ball into a slot through a series of complex movements. Once you do a path lights up and you walk up to a glowing blue cube with what looks like a skeleton inside. As you get closer, you realize it's the body of an ancient Sheikah. You touch the cube and a voice tells you that you have done well. It slowly dissolves as a purple glowing orb appears in your hands. You feel it slowly seep into you as you feel your spirit rising. You are more motivated now to finish your quest than ever. Then you hear your sheikah slate beep and take it out. It has many other locations marked on it. You assume these are the next places you need to go to get more... Spirit Orbs. [Insert Tribe Banner]

[Tribe Ruta] After the call from Zelda, all adventurers split into four groups to quickly fell the massive Divine Beast. You find yourself as part of the crew that will take on the Giant Elephant known as Ruta. To do this you must quickly make your way to Zora's Domain. With the help of the Sheikah Slate, you find that you are able to revisit places you've already been before in the blink of an eye. You quickly transport yourself to the realm of vast water, hoping you've left yourself enough time to conquer the Divine Beast. Arriving shortly thereafter at Zora's Domain, you begin to feel heavy rain pouring on you. You take cover in a nearby chamber and shake it off. After a few minutes it slows down to a small sprinkle. The water was so intense you couldn't believe it. You go up to the King's chambers to get an idea of what is going on. Adventurers, you seem to have come at a crucial time in Zora's Domain. The Divine Beast Ruta has come back to life and is sure to cover the world in water if we don't stop it soon. I sent my son, Prince Sidon, to try to keep it at bay until you all arrived. Hurry, only the heroes chosen by the Goddess can quell the beast! You all don't hesitate as the King points to the top of a giant reservoir. You can see the outline of a giant elephantlike structure that is moving in the middle of it. You all grab your gliders and head that way without another hesitation. You arrive near the base of the stairs that lead up to the reservoir. You hurry, trying not to slip as the steps are covered in water. Without much trouble, you arrive at the top and look out. You can now clearly see the ferocious mechanical beast as it splashes around, spraying gallons upon gallons of water in the direction of Zora's Domain. As you take a step forward, a voice shouts out. Hey! Careful! Don't get too close. It's quite agitated and might harm you if you try to approach. It's Sidon! You give him a nod as he approaches you from the murky water in front of you. You kneel down. He appears a little out of breath and seems to be a little shaken, but keeps his calm demeanor and gives you a grin. No worries though. With you here now, I think we can handle this thing. I was able to swim up close, but then it shoots me with blocks of ice. If you stand on my back, you might be able to deal with it and get close enough to strike! Thank goodness you showed up when you did, I wasn't sure if this would be possible. Giant blocks of ice? That doesn't seem to be great, but you wonder if maybe your arrows will help. Surely if you can hit it right you could deflect or break up the blocks. That seems like a decent enough strategy for now. You quickly jump aboard Sidon who begins to swim with great force and soon you are near Ruta. It bellows, acknowledging your presence as it begins to shoot giant blocks of ice at you, as you were told it would. You take an arrow, standing on top of Sidon's back, aim, and fire. You hit the first block and it shatters. But you don't have time to celebrate as two more are still on the way. You fire another, but miss this time. As you do, the block of ice crashes into you and you feel yourself slip as pain radiates throughout your whole body. Luckily, Sidon grabs your arm at the last moment and manages to stabilize you in time to dodge the next block. You huff and catch your breath as you ready your arrow. This time, you are ready. After a few rounds of ice blocks and hitting them, you manage to get close enough to Ruta. Giant waterfalls are spewing down its back and Sidon tells you to hang on. You don't really have time to question it as you barely have time to grab on before being sped up the waterfall on the Zora's back. Once he reaches the top he launches you with a flip and you go careening in the air. As you are there, you look down and see four glowing orbs. This is your queue as you quickly whip out your bow and fire an arrow, hitting the first and then the second one, before tumbling back into the murky water. You push and take a deep breath as your head breaks the surface. Sidon is there within seconds to pull you back onto his back. As you look to Ruta, you see more Ice blocks heading your way and you pull out your bow again to fire. Once this is done and you are lunched into the air again, you hit the final two orbs and then Ruta groans as it comes to a grinding halt. You've done it. You've temporarily stopped the Beast, however... Great job, but now this is where my help ends. Only the heroes chosen by the goddess can truly stop the beast from within. You must climb that ladder and take out the monster controlling it inside. Hurry! Sidon floats you up to the indents in the side of the beast that lead to an opening. You clamber up into the mechanical beast. As you cross the threshold, you look inside. A bunch of gears and pedestals await you to conquer them. It's time for you to take on the Divine Water Elephant... Ruta. [Tribe Banner Here]

[Tribe Rudania] After the call from Zelda, all adventurers split into four groups to quickly fell the massive Divine Beast. You find yourself as part of the crew that will take on the Giant Salamander known as Rudania. To do this you must quickly make your way to Goron City. With the help of the Sheikah Slate, you find that you are able to revisit places you've already been before in the blink of an eye. You quickly transport yourself to the realm of scorching heat, hoping you've left yourself enough time to conquer the Divine Beast. Arriving shortly after at Goron City, you feel the heat and put on heat resistant armor you obtained from other adventurers that had been here before. Immediately, you feel relief from the blazing temperatures of this active volcano. But you also hear a rumbling as rocks begin to tumble all around you. You take shelter in a nearby shop until the rocks subside. What the heck is going on? You decide to seek out the Goron Chief, Bludo. He isn't too far and you enter his abode shortly thereafter. Adventurers, thank goodness you showed up. Rudania has been activated and is reeking havoc to our village. I sent Yunobo to use his shield ability to try and stop it, but he hasn't returned and it's been awhile. I fear the worst. Please seek him out and work with him to quell the beast! You have no reason not to comply with the request and immediately set out. The Chief points to Eldin Bridge as the last place Yunobo was seen. You hurry, having to take shelter every once in awhile to avoid the rocks, but eventually make it to the Bridge. As you do, you see a group of giant Moblins surrounding a giant glowing red ball...which is the familiar sign of Yunobo's shield ability. Guess it's the heroes to the rescue! You all draw your blades and quickly advance, catching the Moblins off guard as you get a few slashes in before they are able to react. They try to jab at you, but you manage to evade their spears as you go in for more strikes. The whole thing is over relatively quickly and soon you are shouting at Yunobo that it's safe now. He slowly drops the shield and stands up. Gosh, sorry those guys were just so scary. I was going to help take down Rudania, but those guys showed up and started poking me with their sticks. It hurt. I'm glad you are here now. Can you help me get to the top of Death Mountain so I can use the cannons to take out Rudania? Obviously, you all agree, that's why you're here! Together with Yunobo you cross Eldin Bridge and begin your dangerous trek up the somewhat steep rocky route. The heat is a little more intense here, but the armor seems to be holding up. You just hope it can withstand it the closer to the actual volcano you get. As you climb, Yunobo quickly grabs your arm and pulls you into a nearby break in the rocks. You wonder why he does this, but just as you are about to question him, a red light blinks by. You look up to see a giant mechanical hover beast above you. Its not especially large, but it seems menacing, especially with the glowing red light scanning everything. After it passes Yunobo gives you all a nod and you continue up. He explains those are called Sentries and recently appeared after Rudania woke up from its slumber. They now patrol the Mountain and hurt anyone who crosses paths with them. You make note of this as you scale the Mountain. There are a couple others as you ascend, but with some fancy work with your abilities, you manage to either sneak by them or take them out. You arrive shortly at a cannon. With Yunobos ability you could make him into a makeshift cannonball if only Rudania was near- And then the ground begins to shake and you look up as giant robotic legs come from around the side of the volcano. With a rumble and roar you see the giant mechanical Salamander emerge. It appears to be heading directly for you, albeit slowly. It doesn't seem like it moves very fast. Probably due to its size. As it continues, Yunobo crawls into the canon and readies himself. You aim it and then, using one of your bomb abilities, you light it once the Salamander is in the right position. Your aim is true as Yunobo careens with the Beast and hits it with his defense ball. It bellows out and begins to crawl away to another side. The Goron is ricocheted back onto the nearby path and he shakes his head, shaking off the dizziness before giving you a thumbs up. You chase the Salamander, striking it with two more canons along the way until with a final cry, it crawls into the volcano itself. You and Yunobo are nearly at the top and look overhead as you stare down. The beast rests in the middle of the volcano, as if recharging from your attacks. I suppose you are going down there? I guess it's unavoidable, but I won't be able to follow you. Even Gorons have their limits. I will be sending you as much luck as I can though. You've got this hero! You give Yunobo a wave as with a running jump you hurdle down, ready to pull out your glider, and to conquer the Divine Beast... Rudania! [Tribe Banner]

[Tribe Naboris] After the call from Zelda, all adventurers split into four groups to quickly fell the massive Divine Beast. You find yourself as part of the crew that will take on the Giant Camel known as Naboris. To do this you must quickly make your way to Gerudo Town. With the help of the Sheikah Slate, you find that you are able to revisit places you've already been before in the blink of an eye. You quickly transport yourself to the realm of endless sand, hoping you've left yourself enough time to conquer the Divine Beast. Arriving shortly after at Gerudo Town, you immediately don the special clothes that make you appear as female. If you are caught or thought to be of male persuasion, you would be thrown out. As you change, a sudden sandstorm kicks up. You try to shield your face, but end up getting some in your mouth. You cough up the grainy substance as you make for cover in a nearby outcropping. Several merchants have huddled under it as well. You all press against the wall until finally there is a break in the sandstorm. Once it breaks, you see a thin layer of sand has covered part of the town. You need to hurry. You make your way up to the palace as the adventurers who came here before found some use in speaking to the Geurdo Chief, Lady Riju. You arrive at the steps and ascend into the main hall. As you step inside two guards lower their axes, preventing you from passing. You are about to protest when a voice rings out. Guards, lower your weapons. These adventurers are here to see me, and it cannot wait. The voice seems, young, for what you were expecting. When you think of a Chief or Lady, you generally think of someone older or possibly maybe more regal sounding. However, this person has to be barely a teenager. As the guards raise their axes you get a better look. Sure enough, you look upon the eyes of a child. Her red hair is braided, the throne she sits on dwarfs her, and in comparison to the guards around her, she is tiny. However, there is a presence about her. Something very regal looking that you didn't hear in her voice. It might be the crown on her head, or the way she's sitting, but there is something about her that feels commanding. You walk up to her. Welcome heroes. Unfortunately, you've come at a very trying time for our settlement. The Divine Beast Naboris has begun to stir up the sands around us, causing us grief. If it goes on, soon we will be buried in sand. We need to put a stop to it. My mother's Thunder Helmet should be able to get us close enough, but I don't have the warriors necessary to take it down once we are close. It has proven too much for them. But if you all agree to help, I think we might be able to possibly end this assault. Are you willing to help? Well even if you wanted to refuse, you doubt you could do much better. The sandstorm you just experienced was more than you could handle. Without another doubt in your mind, you all accept the mission. Riju smiles and then stands up. The guards try to offer to assist in her place but she holds her hand up and they all stop talking. Despite her age and stature, Riju clearly rules with a deep wisdom and command. She is wise beyond her years and holds herself proudly. She is clearly Chief and has a plan. She walks over to a nearby chest and pulls out a golden helmet. You presume this to be the Thunder Helm. Riju explains that although only sandstorms are felt long distance from Naboris, that closer up, it generates powerful thunder storms, which is why only someone with the helmet can get close. You follow her as she heads out back of the palace to a stable. Inside you see giant walrus like creatures known as Sand Seals. You know that these are popular for desert racing, and a useful transportation method for traveling in sand. She hands you the reigns to one while she takes the other. She explains that she will put on the helmet and that you are to stay close to her. Once you are within range of Naboris, you have to shoot it down with exploding arrows on its feet. You wonder how she knows this, but she doesn't divulge further, it doesn't sound like even if she had attempted to take it down in the past, that it went well. You pick up some more bomb arrows as you follow her out of town. The plan in motion, you climb on the back of the Sand Seal and wait for her command. She dons the Thunder Helm and then gives you a nod as she kicks the Seal with her heel and it begins to speed off. You all follow close behind. No sooner than you do, the sand storm kicks up again. It rages, but thanks to the Thunder Helm, you seem to be under a glowing dome of sorts. This dome appears to protect you from the storm's rage. So long as you don't leave it you figure you'll be- And then your arm accidentally goes outside of the dome. You yelp as sand scrapes your arm and quickly pull it back in. It's not seriously injured, but you now see why this is necessary, if you were in that storm it would tear you to shreds. With this in mind you make sure to follow a little closer behind Rija as you race into the desert. Eventually the towering Beast becomes obvious as it starts to emerge from the storm. It moves very slow, likely due to the length of it's legs and overall size. But, when you get closer, you do notice the ground trembling when it does step down. It's clearly very powerful and ferocious. Riju then changes course so now you are running alongside the Beast. You pull out your bow and arrow, which is difficult on the back of a Sand Seal. It takes some getting use to but you finally find your balance as you aim one of the exploding arrows at a leg. But where do you shoot? You scan, trying to make sense of what your target is. And then you see it. A glowing orb on the back of a leg. It's not the easiest target, but you now have some sort of idea of how to take down the Divine Beast. With an aim that can't be beat, you strike the first target. It connects and the Beast bellows. As it does, lightning strikes above you, hitting the dome but missing you. It crashes and thunders all around and it makes you tremble. You are very thankful to have the Thunder Helm now as the dome appears to have absorbed all of the blow. Rija motions for you to follow as she starts to swing around the other side of the Beast. You quickly realize she is helping you get vantage points to take out the rest of the legs. You follow without hesitation. After you connect the last arrow to the last leg, the Beast hows as it slowly crumbles to its knees. As it does, you realize you can climb them to now enter the inside of the giant Mechanical Camel. The storm also seems to subside as you do. Rija wishes you well as she takes your Sand Seal, promising to try to handle things outside while you finish the job. You nod and begin to scale the leg until you are inside of the Divine Beast... Naboris. [Tribe Banner Here]

[Tribe Medoh] After the call from Zelda, all adventurers split into four groups to quickly fell the massive Divine Beast. You find yourself as part of the crew that will take on the Giant Bird known as Medoh. To do this you must quickly make your way to Rito Village. With the help of the Sheikah Slate, you find that you are able to revisit places you've already been before in the blink of an eye. You quickly transport yourself to the realm of blustery winds, hoping you've left yourself enough time to conquer the Divine Beast. You arrive at Rito Village as a gust of wind almost knocks you off your feet. It's one of the strongest non storm related gusts you've felt in awhile. Only by gripping onto a nearby railing do you not fall off. You stabilize as you head up the ramp. The other adventurers who had previously been here know that the Village Elder, Kaneli, is the Rito you need to speak to. As you walk up, you can see the village in disarray. The entire village is a spiral wooden platform built into the rock pillar that is in the middle. Offshoots of the platform are where small dwellings and shops exist. However, most shops and homes look like they have felt the effects of strong gales. Everything seems to have been thrown into chaos, and as you look up a Giant Bird appears to be the culprit, you assume this to be Medoh. And it looks like it's about to flap its' wings again. That's your cue to book it. You and your fellow adventurers sprint up the planks, barely making it inside of the chief's hut before the next gust blasts. One of the planks you had stepped on gives way and falls into the deep abyss below. You take a deep sigh of relief. Hello adventurers, it appears you have stumbled into Rito Village during a turbulent time. You turn around and see a giant Owllike Rito sitting in a chair. he has a giant white beard that is braided in the front. He appears to have the wisdom of many centuries. An Elder in every sense of the word. I'm sorry there's a bit of turmoil out there, but it can't be helped. The Divine Beast Medoh has become restless as of late. Even Teba has had difficulty getting close...if we don't do something soon, I don't know what will happen. I fear we may already be lost. Given that your task is to get to the Divine Beast Medoh and without a pair of wings there's no way you can really not offer to help. You let the chief know and he looks at you with grateful eyes. He instructs you to climb to the top of the village where he last saw Teba mounting a strike. You nod. It's not too far from where you are and you double check to make sure you have plenty of arrows for the journey. Once you do, you make your way to the top. You arrive at the landing platform on the top to see a White Rito putting some gear on. You recognize him from a description you had been given from another adventurer who had previously visited Rito Village. Apparently he has a bit of a cold personality, but cares very deeply for Rito Village. I can't even believe I'm about to say this. But I can't get close enough to do any damage to that giant Beast. I assume you adventurers are here because of it, will you work with me in order to take it down? I just fear for the village if its not done soon. It really doesn't take that much convincing for you to agree. It's obvious you both have the same goal and you need to work together in order to accomplish it. You fill your quiver with arrows and nod as you look up. It appears Medoh is about to flap again. Teba quickly takes you on his back and with a kick you burst off the platform and into the air. Teba explains, as he avoids the air rush behind you, that although he can fly close to the beast, two targets need to be taken out at once, which is where you come in. It takes a few minutes, but with some amazing flying by Teba, you get very close to Medoh. The flapping intensifies and gusts of air seem to billow from every direction. You have a hard time holding onto Teba as the gusts intensify. But you see why Teba needs you now. If you were to take out your paraglider, you swear you could ride the gusts. Just as the idea forms in your head, Teba races towards one of the wing tips and tells you to jump. You barely have time to grab your bow as you kick off. He goes down while you go up. You aim at a glowing spot as you start to fall slowly and fire an arrow. As you do you hear a small crashing noise below and the glowing orb slowly dims. You then feel yourself falling and put your bow away barely getting your paraglider out in time to float back up. The whole process has left you a bit rattled, but you calm down as you float. Teba arrives soon after and you softly land on his back. He tells you there are three more points to take out and you take a deep breath as he kicks off to the next point. It takes awhile, and a couple times you miss, causing you to have to redo a few times, but eventually you manage to hit all of the spots. As you do, what looks like an invisible barrier lifts, which now explains why Teba wasn't able to get closer. You start to go in to land on Medoh, but as you do, a laser beam strikes from the Beast, slightly singing Teba's wing. Ugh, I have to land. There's no way I'm going to be able to help you in this condition, but I think with the barrier lifted you can float onto it's back and stop it for good. I'm sorry I can't do anything more. Best of luck to you heroes. You nod to him and then with a giant leap you pull out your glider and let the gusts of wind carry you onto the back of the Divine Beast... Medoh! [Tribe banner here]

[Tribe The Lost Woods] You find yourself being put in the group that goes to find the Master Sword. It appears to be coming from The Lost Woods, which had been explored prior in order to reach the Korok Forest. The adventurers who had been there prior described this place as full of fog and difficult to traverse without help. Deciding to start at the Korok Forest since it's at least a point that you can search, you all use the Sheikah Slate to teleport there. The forest is brilliant in shades of green and tan. It's alive and thrumming to the beat of the sounds of nature. Being here feels like a slice of heaven exists. As you take in the beautiful sights, you hear a clicking noise and look around to see small wooden creatures. Some are floating from leaves, others are sitting in the tall grass. All of them are looking at you though. You are about to ask what's going on as you assume these are the inhabitants of the forest, known as the Korok, when a voice begins speaking in your mind. Adventurers, it seems your journey has once again brought you to this Forest. I assume you are here for the treasure Zelda hid here long ago. She knew that a hero would rise and be able to claim the blade as their own, unfortunately the blade is not here. You must go back into the Lost Woods in order to find the blade that will seal all evil. You don't recognize this voice, but you feel like it isn't a malicious one. You turn around to see a giant tree. It appears to have the outline of a face and it seems to smile softly at you as you watch. It explains that it is the Great Deku Tree and that it has lived for centuries protecting the inhabitants of this forest. It also explains that Zelda came here long ago with the blade of the fallen hero in order to protect it from Calamity Ganon. She sought the knowledge of the Tree, but did not tell him where she intended to put it, only that when it was time, it would call out for the heroes. This aligns with the call you felt when you were summoned here. The Tree then wishes you well and tells you to follow your instincts when seeking out the blade. You give him your thanks and wave to the Koroks as you turn to the nearby path that goes into darkness...that has to be it. You walk into it and enter a dark part of the forest shrouded in mist. This has to be the Lost Woods. You try walking forward seeing what happens, but as you do the fog intensifies and a breeze picks up. You blink and you are right back where you started. Huh, this must be the trouble you were told about. And without any sort of guide or like a torch of some sort... Hello, adventurers. You have finally arrived. You turn around looking at each other. You aren't sure where this voice is coming from or who is talking. I have been waiting a long time for you to come. My name is Fi. I have dwelled in this forest for quite some time. My former master fell, but I am hopeful you might be the ones who will claim me. You blink and then a warm, blue light emits from the dark fog. You look up to see a small floating figure, looking somewhere between a ghost and a robot looking at you. It has blank, pale eyes, but doesn't appear to be menacing. You are here for the Master Sword correct? You all nod as you look at Fi. You aren't sure exactly how to respond. It talks as if it's the sword itself, but it wants to know if you are here for the sword? You should follow me then. I know the way to the Sacred Grounds where the sword is. And with that, Fi begins to float off into the forest. You all don't really have time to stew on the situation much. If you don't go now, you will lose the floating guide. You quickly begin to run after Fi, narrowly missing a branch that seemed to appear out of thin air. You duck and continue on, weaving in and out of the fog. You take a quick right, then a quick left and then through some trees. The whole thing is a blur and you find yourself slowly losing stamina as you try to keep up. This creature seems to have a lot of energy and doesn't even appear to be breaking a sweat. You are about to collapse from exhaustion when Fi suddenly stops. Behind Fi is a small area shrouded in purple mist. You don't feel like testing out what it could be...though you suspect it's likely a poisonous substance. Adventurers, you've done well to follow me here. Unfortunately, I cannot just let myself be taken. I have a riddle for you. If you can solve the riddle, I will give you the opportunity to take me from the pedestal. You try to catch your breath and shake your head. You didn't realize there would be so much red tape to getting this sword. You wonder how this all got set up. Zelda couldn't have had that much time to put this together...could she? What can't talk, but will reply when spoken to? Riddles aren't really your thing. You all are more the hack and slash the bad guys, save the girl type of adventurers. Maybe the occasional puzzle that utilizes your abilities. But this is not a test of power and it is not a test of courage. It is pure wisdom test. You think about it for awhile. Something that can't talk but will reply? You guess a horse. Animals don't exactly talk but do tend to respond? Fi shakes her head. You think about it again for a bit. It's very specific about being spoken to. Like something you talk to...or maybe into? You guess a tunnel. Fi shakes her head again. You take a moment, you feel like you were onto something with tunnel, but maybe that's not it. What else about a tunnel causes you to hear you own voice? And then it hits you. You respond with an Echo. You have proven your courage to follow me here. You have proven your wisdom to answer my riddle. Now, you must prove your strength to pull me from my pedestal. Good luck adventurers, may you journey be filled with success. With that, Fi fades from view and the purple cloud vanishes. As it does, you see a small platform with stairs. Atop that is a pedestal with a sword hilt sticking out of it. It glows blue for an instant, similar to how Fi did, before dimming into a normal looking hilt. This is it, the Master Sword. You have found it. With this you will most assuredly be equipped to take on Calamity Ganon. You nod to your fellow adventurers as you step onto the platform. In a moment you will pull the blade from its resting place and then will proceed to continue on with your journey by exiting... The Lost Woods. [Tribe Banner Here]

[Tribe Divine Trial] You find yourself being put in the group that goes to find the Fifth Divine Beast. It appears to be coming from around the same area as the Resurrection Chamber, which surprises everyone. Given that is where you woke up from, you don't recall seeing anything out of the ordinary. But nonetheless, this is where you are told to go, so you and a few other adventurers pull up your Sheikah Slate and head that direction. You arrive just outside of the cave, atop the plateau, and look inside. There doesn't appear to be anything out of the ordinary. You aren't sure where exactly this is coming from, but you do feel a faint call, like a thought tugging on the back of your mind. You ready yourself and slowly descend to the place where your adventure began. It doesn't take you long to enter the chamber. You see the small raised coffin shaped pool where you were submersed in before waking up and the small pedestal where you obtained the Sheikah Slate from. The room itself, however, doesn't look any different from when you were here last. You tap your chin and then think. There are two options available to you in this room. The first is to lay in the pool and see if it does anything, or you can... You walk over to the pedestal and place the Sheikah Slate on it. You aren't sure exactly what you are doing, but there doesn't appear to be much else to do here. As you do the pedestal glows blue. The door where you entered from seals and you feel a lurch before slowly descending in the room. You blink and then realize you are on some sort of platform elevator. You look at your comrades and then decide to wait and see where this takes you. Since it involves the Sheikah technology, there must be some purpose. Maybe it has to do with- Adventurers, you have arrived at the Fifth Divine Beast. This will be the final trial we can offer you. You have done well to get here and solving the puzzles within will prove your worth to inherit this. We wish you nothing but the strength, courage and wisdom of the Goddess. You look around, but there's no one around. You shake your head. Another internal voice. You've had this a lot on your quest, and you can't wait until they finally silence, going back to sleep and getting rest. But, this is the quest you've been given and you will see it through to the end. With another lurch, you all feel the platform come to a stop as the door opens. You look inside to see a giant chamber filled with many mechanical devices activating, much like gears on a clock. You see a single Guardian in the center of the chamber and a second layer of platforms above you. You gather this room has two levels, but aren't sure exactly how it all operates. But before you can deal with that, you have to address the Guardian in the room. You are just about to try to hit it from multiple sides with your fellow adventurers when a voice calls out. Hello, adventurers. You have finally arrived. You turn around looking at each other. You aren't sure where this voice is coming from or who is talking. I have been waiting a long time for you to come. My name is Maz Koshia. I have long awaited your arrival to this trial and I will be your final judge to deem you worthy of being able to command the Divine Beast that waits at the end. You blink and then as you turn behind you, you almost jump out of your skin. A figure stands there. You can't make out their face though it appears to be Sheikah, but you have to assume this is Maz Koshia...whoever that is. You are here for the Fifth Divine Beast correct? You all nod as you look at Maz Koshia. You aren't sure exactly how to respond. It's not like you exactly knew why you were coming here, but something was calling you, and anything called a Divine Beast sounds like something you want on your side. Then you must solve the puzzles within this Divine Trial. I will wait for you at the end to give you a final test. Until then, prove you are worthy to get there. And with that, the figure vanishes seemingly into thin air. You shake your head...you were already prepared to do the challenges, but it sounds like there is an actual prize at the end should you succeed, which you figured there probably was. All-in-all, though you didn't find the meeting particularly enlightening, you still have to overcome the trial regardless, but at least you now have a name to the voice you'd been hearing this whole time. You look to your other adventurers and begin to discuss how you will take out the Guardian in the center of the room again. The entire Trial consists of having to activate four chambers, two above and two below. As you alternate between going into each one and using your abilities to solve the puzzles within, you find more and more mechanical beasts waiting to attack. This entire Trial seems to be testing your ability to gradually take on more. At one point you have to fight three Guardians, and it doesn't come without some burns from the blast. Eventually you slide a pole obtained in one of the chambers, into the center of the room. As you do, you hear a clicking noise. Gears shift and turn. You hear groans and creaks. All of the work you put into each of the four chambers seems to have made the entire room come alive in mechanical harmony. A circular door that had previously not budged now rolls to the side, revealing a pathway. You feel the rush of wind and smell the wet scent that comes after the rain. You've arrived outside? You head forward, ascending the stairs and walk up to a circular platform that sits at the very top of a plateau that you'd previously been inside of. It appears it will rain any minute as you feel a sudden chill and clouds overhead form around you. And just as you feel the first drop hit your cheek, the familiar Sheikah figure from before appears in the center of the platform, Maz Koshia. Adventurers, you've done well to get here. I have two final tests to deem you worthy of inheriting the Fifth Divine Beast. The first is Brain and the other is Brawn. You try to catch your breath and shake your head. You didn't realize there would be so much red tape to getting this Divine Beast. You wonder how this all got set up. Or who... Maz Koshia shakes his head. You think about it again for a bit. It's very specific about being spoken to. Like something you talk to...or maybe into? You guess a tunnel. He shakes his head again. You take a moment, you feel like you were onto something with tunnel, but maybe that's not it. What else about a tunnel causes you to hear you own voice? And then it hits you. You respond with An Echo. You have proven your courage to follow me here. You have proven your wisdom to answer my riddle. Now, you must prove your strength and defeat me in combat. Come at me! You blink and watch as he takes off the robe. You audibly gasp as you see the form of a Sheikah appear. This man has to be hundreds of years old, but wears the garb of a Sheikah proudly. He leaps backwards and holds his arms out in a strange pose as his entire body begins to glow. You draw your sword as he suddenly becomes as large as one of the Divine Beasts you have faced. This is not going to be easy. You all spread out in different directions as the giant Monk lashes out with a magic infused whip. You barely miss it, but hear a gasp. You watch as one of your fellow adventurers falls to the ground, his energy slowly being sapped. You feel your eyes widen as you watch his body slump to the ground. The rest of you don't have time to debate this though as you quickly scatter, trying to take the giant Monk from many angles. You have your moments where you succeed in landing a couple hits, but also moments where you are knocked to the ground. After awhile, the Monk shrinks and begins to dash around the battlefield. You try to keep up with him but he moves at lighting fast paces. Another one of your adventurers isn't able to keep up and is struck from behind. He falls to the ground. This is not good, there are only a few of you left. Just when you are about to get up, your Sheikah Slate beeps. You pull it up and find a camera function. You've used this once or twice before in the past in order to find things far off in the distance with the zoom lens, but now as you put it up, you feel something click in the back of your brain. You can see through the Monk's illusions and all of a sudden his speed slows as he is simply walking, but creating the illusion he is moving fast. The camera can see through his tricks. You instruct your other adventurers where to strike as you watch, and together you are able to get more hits in. The Monk lifts a blade once he's had his fill of this and holds it up as he rises in the air, levitating. He then dashes at you with intense speed. You try to use the camera, but it doesn't work. This is pure magic, there are no tricks or illusions here. You grunt as you are knocked to the ground by a flying blade attack. He strikes your side a bit and you wince in pain. Just as you feel like you aren't going to be able to go on. You hear a clank. You look over to see the monk stagger a bit after having come in contact with the brunt end of a shield from your fellow adventurer. He then puts his shield down and tries to go in to strike the Monk, but the Sheikah shakes his head and vanishes before he can strike. Then the Monk appears behind him and knocks him out cold with a flying attack. It's just you and one other adventurer left. You quickly think because the Monk will come for you next. You can temporarily get him to be stunned after a shield, but you can't keep him in place before he recovers...or can you? You signal to your remaining adventurer and quickly signal. They nod and position themself as the Monk dashes for you. With the strategy your fallen comrade used, you are able to use the shield to deflect the attack. The Monk staggers. Your comrade lifts his bow. He only gets one shot. You hold your breath as he prepares a shock arrow. It hits! You watch as the Monk is stunned now and not moving. You rush in with your blade. As you strike him for the third time, he finally gasps and falls to his knee. You've done it. You've proven you have the wisdom and strength. Now go forth with the courage to wield the Master Cycle Zero! And with that, Maz Koshia fades into nothingness. You quickly revive your other adventurers and then a small platform rises up in the center of the roof. Atop it, you see what looks like a mechanical device with two wheels. It certainly does look like a cycle. The lot of you begin to walk towards it. You've done it. You've inherited the power of the Master Cycle Zero, the Fifth Divine Beast. You have proven you are ready to take on Calamity Ganon by having completed... The Divine Trial [Tribe Banner Here]
