Even though we didn't have much time together, I valued what we got. You made me laugh, and it seemed like you wanted to play with people who were fun to talk to, a group of which I'll pridefully count myself a member. That was going to work for me, and I think we might've been great partners. I'll admit I did find you a little intimidating, not in a traditional sense, but I worried I wasn't clever enough to match your wit.
It's possible that one of the mistakes I made in this game was in not trying harder to save you. Not only would you likely have been a good friend for me going forward, but this put my power dynamic with Kass probably on the wrong foot to start out. Sorry for being a crappy friend there; you deserved better, but I was so enthralled with the idea of getting to be on the bottom going into early swaps. Anyway, I wish we could've seen what you could do. I wish Revali had not won immunity so you could have played the game, especially since my relationship with him wasn't exactly filled with trust and his success in lowering his threat level is probably going to kill me this round.
You really didn't do much of anything wrong from my POV except, I guess, fail to make good relationships on the weaker side of the tribe, and get rather unlucky with the challenge. I can't say I did much better at connecting with them, but it was apparently enough. Thanks for making the start of the game a little more fun and making me smile.
