As the last courage standing, we just want to say job well done. You pulled off some insane stuff this this game that we still aren't sure how you did. You were a force this game and you kicked a lot of ass. You did so in your special Prince Sidon way that is unique to you and completely your own.
You were quite the force of nature this game and a lot of how things shaped out were a direct result of the influence you had whilst playing. Well done, good job, good game, and welcome to the jury.

Yeah... I figured I was never winning the game. Just wanted to try to create chaos on the way out the door. Figured it would make Oaki proud.
Mipha came into the game telling people I was the biggest jury threat along with epona and I knew that was bs, too much bad blood and people I blindsided here for that to happen. But i figured if i could protect her then people would realize a returnee can't make it to the end when there are so many other returnees around on the jury to root for her.
Unfortunately, Urbosa wrote me off pretty early. Which is a shame, because me/her/Kass had a trio deal, and we brought Kohga in as well. And then during the tribe split Urbosa went off-book and by the time we re-merged, she was never going to work with me.
I know a lot of people here want Mipha to win, and I get why, you all spent time with her. I wouldn't mind Mipha winning, because IMO this game was a dumpster fire of bullshit, and I think a returnee winning would be the cherry on top of it. But she has only survived by being dragged along and left out of votes. She made a good play here getting me out, won't lie, but the fact she's only here because Kass and I busted our asses to keep her safe when she had nothing to lean on isn't a great look.
For me, I think I'd obviously prefer an Epona win, but that looks unlikely. She's played a great social game, she helped engineer the blindside on Horse, she managed to be this massive threat everyone is calling the biggest threat in the game and yet hasn't been voted, even convincing Urbosa that she needed Epona safe and therefore froze her this TC so she could be kept for another day when everyone wanted her out. Urbosa saving Epona may go down as the biggest "shoot self in foot" move of all time if Epona makes it to the end of the game.
After that, I dunno. I'd probably look at Urbosa as a joke vote for winner, because I'm not sure she actually played Survivor. It's impressive what she did with immunity wins, but that's one aspect of the game out of like a myraid of other skills. And despite her being immune every round, she really didn't do much with it. Her "big move" this round was getting me out of the game (someone she would've beaten) to save Epona (someone she doesn't beat).
Kohga played the game I wanted to play, only slightly better. But his overly emotional manipulation the past few rounds felt like a bit much. I'm a bitter juror, sure, but that's my right to be bitter. When you backstab someone, you're taking a certain risk that they might be mad at you (like I did to several people on this jury, which is why I was sure I couldn't win). So I'm mad at him for now.
Revali... man I don't really know what he has done all game. Legitimately don't.

@magda: We never got a chance to meet, but I thought it was legitimately badass you were sticking with this game after going out so early. Like I said in that TC thread, big dick energy.
@teebo: Sorry things went how they did! By the time we had that joint-TC, I already knew I was going to work with Urbosa/Kass, and Horse was a pull I had from my original tribe. When Horse vouched for Epona and Urbosa did too, it was pretty much sealed.
@riju: Ugh. I hate we only got the one round together. By the way, when you asked me if Horse was coming after you, I actually don't think I had heard that? That 15 person round was fucking crazy, I don't remember if anyone had said anything. The main thing I was focusing on was the tidbit that Mipha wanted to backstab Urbosa. I feel like if we met back up it might've been disastrous though. I wanted to work with you but early on you got painted as the Big Boss of Courage, and I wanted to play the middle.
@pelison: I am so sad we didn't get to play together. Our brief PMs during the 15 player merge round were, unironically, some of my favorite PMs the entire game. I legit was going out and listening to new music to share with you when we met back up again, but you were gone before we could. I was shocked to hear from so many people that they didn't have a connection with you, because I thought we clicked almost immediately.
@link: I thought we maybe had a thing going, but man, your PMing style just could not let me believe you were going to work with me. On the round you went home, I was trying to see what we could do. Me and Horse were both open to trying to work together with you as a former Courage player, also because I think you had some big "threat" target stapled on your head that you didn't deserve, but your PMs to me that round were just short, weird, and left zero room for me to ever work with you.
@hunnie: Ugh. See what I said to Pelison above. I liked our brief time together, but we really just didn't get much time at all to feel each other out. You got swap screwed.
@horse: Man, what a ride. Sorry it worked out how it did. Epona and I had been getting weird vibes from you like you weren't including us in stuff, and once it leaked out you were going to underdogs and putting together other alliances we knew that we couldn't trust you long term.
@patricia: We had a very weird relationship. I wanted Kass to be my best friend, but he was yours, so I didn't see how we could work together. I was very clearly and obviously a third wheel to you/Mipha, and the amount of times you two would talk about things while not PMing me about anything made that abundantly clear. I also felt like... we didn't have much of a relationship, and you showed me your idol. To me it came across as "yeah yeah, shut up, here's an idol, trust me now and let me get back to working with Mipha". Just excessively gamebotty. Couldn't trust that. Even so, I was the only person who voted Oven with you the round you went home.
@oaki: BROOOOOOOOOOO. literally the bro. THE BRO. Working with you as the good cop/bad cop routine was the highlight of the entire game for me. You were a force of nature and I loved it. If you had just been online at deadline we could've reset the votes. Mipha told me you had it so I was holding my vote until literally XX:59 in case you used it so I would be shown as not voting or voting for myself. When you weren't online I had to vote you out and it fucking sucked. We had so much more game to play. You going home is where I think a switch flipped and I realized my game was done.
@kass: The other bro. After losing Oaki and having Urbosa stab us, it was just a bunch of failures after that. You going home was the death knell. I tried so goddamn hard to get people to go to rocks. I told Kohga/Epona that I'd rather force rocks and face a 25% chance of winning and kneecap Urbosa and Mipha's power rather than flip on you and slowly march to my death. (Ooooh hey, that happened!) I was trying so hard to make rocks happen that round.
@oven: Obviously, you're not a fan of me. That's fine, I'm not a fan of yours either. Anyone who thinks talking like a malfunctioning Linux system all game is going to let people connect with them is just operating on a different wavelength from me. I tried to work with you out of a nod of courtesy to other people who I wanted to work with (mainly Oaki), but every round, when your name came up, I wound up voting there. I wasn't leading some death charge against you, but it just appeared that we weren't going to be sharing information with each other, which meant we were on opposite sides of the game.

In any case, I sort of regret signing up for this. First one in a loooong time, and throughout the game I was constantly reminded why I stopped doing these. Nice rush of nostalgia though.

You didn't try to work with me once. You brought me up every round. You! Don't blame other people for your pointless vendetta that got all of our possibly winnable against allies, me and then you voted out. Telling people I was Urbosa's brainless slave because I voted your secret bird lover was a nice touch, thanks for that. You're so fucking rude to everyone that didn't cater to you.
You're wrong about not being a jury threat tbh, if you were in the jurors are your friends + people who respected the way you played even when you stabbed them. I was probably the only one dead-set against you.

That's a good learning point for me I guess. There was never a point where I didn't intend to work with you long term. I didn't mean to alienate you, but I just thought we were so tight and cool. Meanwhile Mipha was messaging me so much more often trying to get a grasp on my relationships for her own posturing which is why that was the case. And then after that I would give you the rundown of what happened to bring you up to date all the time.
But yeah, I was a vote for you to make use of for so much of the game, and it felt like you were constantly refusing to put trust in me when I was purely loyal to you.

Sidon!! I am sad to see you here because I really think you played a hell of a game, but I am glad to finally talk to you again and hear from you about what happened haha. Thank you for the kind words, I really don’t understand what I did that was worthy of being the Big Boss of Courage but seeing as I’m on the jury I’ll take my wins where I can find them So you really had no idea that Horsey was after me? It was confusing because I really thought that the two of us could have gone super far in the game together had we actually been on the same tribe longer than one round, but for some reason your response really made me think, “Is Sidon playing me the way we were playing two different alliance groups round 1?” And then I was like gosh dang it, of course he is, because that’s genius. But also, can he not because I’d actually be a solid, loyal ally which basically no one is offering to anyone in this game longer than a round or two, max haha. It’s funny because I, too, wanted to play the middle. Which was why I was stoked that round 1 we connected and found ourselves between two alliance groups. But someone put it out there that I was running the show and when you get sorted into the tribe that is supposedly strong socially and someone paints you in that light, it’s hard to come back from that and change the narrative. All that to say, I wanted to work with you longer and got spooked that you had flipped on me. Glad to see that wasn’t the case!

Yeah I guess I just never felt like it was reciprocated? Some of that was time zone stuff, like, you'd pop on and we'd only overlap for a brief window, so getting 1-2 PMs back and forth in any given day was the norm, plus I didn't want to spam PM people and seem desperate.

See on original Courage, the picture that was painted was basically you and Link on top of the tribe, Horse, Chio, and Robbie on the bottom, and then me/Oaki in the middle. And then when you told me you were blatantly lying to Robbie and Horse about working with them, and you really wanted Horse gone and were stringing them along, I was like.... damn, people are here to play, Riju's being cutthroat as fuck.

Not directly, no. You were always pleasant to me directly. Since they're still in the game though, who was trying to vote me out all the time then?
