Okay fair, if we're comparing to Nexus and School Survivor than they weren't at that level. I just know that Tapu Lele was like the prime example of a pure social game beating out gamebots.
Here's my (limited) read on the situation.
How much the Jury would want to vote them atm:
1. Mipha
2. Epona
3. Prince Sidon
4. Urbosa
5. Master Kohga
6. Revali
Charisma/persuasive skill:
1. Master Kohga
2. Urbosa
3. Prince Sidon
4. Epona
5. Revali
6. Mipha
Meaning their overall chances (barring getting eliminated) read to me rn as something like this:
1. Prince Sidon
2. Epona
3. Mipha
4. Urbosa
5. Master Kohga
6. Revali
Though I'd say 2-5 are all rather close. I think Sidon wins hard at the end, and I can't see Revali winning.

I think Epona might beat Sidon and I think the only reason we aren't seeing that is because Epona's confessional is lackluster, but based on what everyone says, she beats everyone in the end just by getting there, and if everyone in the game (and more importantly on the Jury) believes that, I tend to think it's true. But Sidon definitely has some things not everyone knows about yet. Kass is also not as big of a Sidon fan as I expected which is surprising to me. Kass is high on Khoga too which is good for Khoga, because he needs advocates.
I agree mostly with your list though. I agree that Revali probably can't win, and Khoga probably can't either. But with that said, if the F3 was like Khoga, Sidon, and Revali and everyone was bitter against Sidon (which we have no evidence of, but I could see it) then I don't think the odds of Revali or Khoga winning is zero. Or if it's like Revali, Mipha, and someone, and the third person massively screws up at FTC, then all of the anti-returnee votes could get funneled towards Revali. There are at least slim possibilities here.
I hope we get an FTC with neither Sidon nor Epona in it though, or else with both of them, because just one could become a landslide which isn't fun and with how many contenders this game has rn, isn't really what it deserves.
Also I have no clue about Legendary so maybe you're right. I was told that people really screwed up their final speeches and that was why Tapu Lele won, which isn't the same thing as the Jury being emotional and bitter, but maybe I'm wrong. This is like second or third hand info lol

Also like in School Hermione won which was technically the gamebot option, but that doesn't mean the Jury wasn't super emotional and anyone who viewed that Jury forum knows that. The outcome doesn't always reflect the Jury's attitude or mental state.

Actually I disagree with myself saying that Khoga probably can't win. I could easily see him winning, but he needs to make an effort at least to cut the people who people view as more threatening than him. If he tries to go to the end with Sidon, which it seems like he's currently doing, then I really don't think he can win. Sidon needs to go home and Khoga needs to be the one to do it.

Sidon seems to have an advantage on the face of things but also be a total wildcard. Epona seems like a more consistent bet for Jury threat.
FTC is likely to be Revali/Kohga/...x. Whoever they go with. Mipha? I'd love that, though Mipha better pull through.

idk it kinda sucks that this is what decides the game, it feels like literally nobody else could have possibly ever had a chance from day 1? usually when you lose at survivor you can look at it and say "here's a thing i could've done better" and i guess for everyone that's just going to be nothing this time Whilst I understand his frustration here....he literally has an item which stops someone from competing in the immunity challenge |

Winning all the merge challenges? Not that I can think of. I think 3 in a row has been the record? We can always scour the wiki but it probably won't have that info easily.

I feel like Epona shouldn't be targeted at all, they are clearly the worst at challenges and thus can be taken out at any point, realistically you need to be looking at Sidon, Revali and Kohga here
