Fish out of Merge

It is at this point in the game with 13 players left (2 that are returnees) that I realize I probably won't win this game. If I do somehow reach the end, it will require a substantial amount of luck and that saddens me. I know I am a social threat in the game, people have made it clear to me and my name circulates through the players. I'm going to be a target sooner rather than later and normally, I would find ways to outplay that.

In this case, I think there are some bastard style elements of this game comparing it to Arkham Horror and those elements are not easy to predict nor avoid. Potentially 6 idols were placed into this game minimum plus whatever legacy thing Sidon has (if he is telling the truth) and now 4 of something from last round and shopping for items this round. This game is meant to be item warfare if all of these things are truely items and if they aren't, that just adds to the bastardization.

Essentially, I do not find myself winning unless I luck my way past and... I don't know, thats hard to plan around.

Ok I'll fucking update jeeze.

This list doesn't mean I think they are threats to win, just threats to my game as we aren't that close and I can't predict their movements.  Epona/Revali can easily be potential allies but that will require certain players to leave.

That leaves Revali/Kass not on any team that I'm aware of which I know isn't true.  Those guys are too good to not be on a team so either they are also with Horse and Horse is splintered into two groups or they have their own thing with players like Urbosa or Kohga.  Either way, that alliance has done a great job of staying hidden.



Noteworthy Events - 

Horse and I came to a strange agreement where we agreed to not push each other but also reveal info on who our respective teams were pushing.  Horse is definitely the face of an alliance and getting probably undue credit but thats how survivor works.  People like Kass hide in the background while other players take credit and get eliminated.  Anyways, Horse and I are feeding each other vote info for the time being but aren't exactly allied.  


Sidon is stressing hard about the returnees meaning that as long as Oaki is in the game, there is going to be drama and eyes will be off me.  I'm trying to take advantage by consoling Sidon and helping him out against the people who are after him (I said I would keep Oven in check) but he doesn't seem any calmer.  This makes sense if he is who I think he is actually...


Oaki is a fucking weirdo.  I still have a deal with him and we rekindled that.  As much as I like secret alliances, I don't see Oaki living very long and that just makes this alliance feel pointless.  It does help me have a secret friend on Jury if he lasts that long though.


Urbosa has opened up so many times to me that I can help but feel I'm her closest ally.  I'm shocked she hasn't offered me a F2 yet with how emotional and loving she is trying to be with me.  We talk fairly openly about current affairs but both of us are probably seen as ringleaders of Wisdom, me more so than her and that might bite me later.


Patricia offered me a Final 2 alliance and I accepted.  She has an idol which is... cool I guess but with all these items it's not a big shocker that someone came out and told me about their idol.  I will fight to keep Pat in the game but I worry people will see us as close, especially Sidon who could leak info about our alliance.  I don't exactly trust Sidon to work with team new zora forever... he might not even last the next couple rounds.  I suppose it depends on what happens with Oaki.

Epona seems to think we are in an agreement of some sort with Oven but she probably just doesn't have much else to go off of.

I would like to pull her in somewhere but it kind of sucks that the only mutual friend we seem to have is... fucking oven.

I could also see Epona voting somewhere strange instead just because she was asking what I thought the numbers were and seemed interested in letting Horse die to not be obligated there anymore.

This vote is going on Oven while Hunnie stresses on who voted her. She pushed slightly on Revali and people are taking it out of proportion, myself included but I want players like Revali to feel unsafe so that they make a mistake.

Sidon told me that Pat is pitching an alliance with Kass/Kohga/Sidon/Pat/Mipha/Urbosa and I find that group strange but whatever?

Horse informed me that my name has come up but hasnt' told me from who. Might just be him trying to scare me.

Hmmmmmm.....

Fishy sense is tingling.

But already blew my load so whatever. It's sad, I feel like I am slowing giving up on a game I probably could win? I definitely started off in a good position, I know that.

The twists were just too much for me I guess. I wouldn't mind getting out of it at this point.


If I don't go out, I guess I'll just blindly follow Sidon and eliminate Oaki next.

Pat offered to idol me but I didn't respond.

It was 5 on Patricia who idol'd herself, 4 on you, 1 on Prince Sidon, and 1 on Ancient Oven. Sorry about that.
