Gather round adventurers, it is that time that we all know must come to pass in this game: Tribal Council. As much as you don't want to be here, you know such things are inevitable. During these next 24 hours, you have a solemn duty: You must vote one of your fellow adventurers out of this game. All votes that you are making to choose such a person must be made in the submissions thread in your confessional. Any items you wish to play must also be made in your submissions thread. This thread will be used to reveal which one of you whose journey has been cut short and perhaps, any skills or items you've picked up along the way may be relevant during this time. May the Goddesses guide and protect you, for your fellow adventurers surely will not. Epona cannot vote nor be voted for during this tribal. But they are welcome to PM all players in this tribe. We will meet again tomorrow. 1. Despite figuring out who your tribes were in the first half of this challenge, this second half of the challenge boiled down to how well you socialized with the people who weren't on your tribe. Where do you think your tribe went wrong in not being able to win this challenge? 2. Is it hard to bond with people you just met, or are you finding the pace of this game to be invigorating? What specifically do you think has lead you to this conclusion? 3. If you were actually playing Breath of the Wild right now with this modified storyline, would you be more apt to work with your adventurers or go off and do your own thing? What do you think the optimal strategy is that would help you accomplish whichever of these two paths you chose? 4. Epona has now joined your tribe and will be around to talk to during this tribal. How do you feel this could help influence your decisions tonight? Although they don't have a vote, will you listen to Eponas opinions on who to save and who to eliminate? 5. Survivor isn't just about socializing or strategizing. There's also a lot of power behind the bonds you form and the strategies you come up with. Do you think it's better to be part of a powerful bonded crew, or do you find that it's easier to not be in the limelight and just go with the flow? 6. Do potential challenge assets come into play when making your decision on voting off tonight? You don't actually know how many more tribal/pre-merge challenges there are and who knows if the choice you make tonight will serve you well in the future. Or are you not prioritizing that at all at this point? Bonus Question: Whats worse, having to keep up with 14 different people at once or only having 2 other people to talk to and getting board? Poor thing. Welcome to our tribe. You would have needed stamina to get through that isolation, so I think you have found your true home here.

Wording makes it should like we have to wait for Epona to message us and we can't respond. Is that on purpose?

1. ehhhh i think it was more that the optimal strategy was to just outright claim your tribe and give no passwords whatsoever and the rest of us tried to be more subtle about that. it was a lack of information.
2. this piece of the game is fucking challenging. ive just met kohga and patricia and oven. oaki and i have been apart and courage tribe originally wasnt exactly kumbayah. we're having to get gut reads on each other while trying to figure out who the fuck to vote out.
3. i have no idea how to interpret this question really.
4. epona could serve as a source of information, but more importantly, with epona getting info but not being in tc, she can see how it all plays out and influence things appropriately to what will help her! but she's also making up for not taking part in the weird round last round where we could talk to everyone, so it seems really fair to me.
5. i dont think anyone wants to be in the limelight. being in the limelight means youve got the spotlight on u and knives coming for u. but with such a small tribe at this tc, it's only natural someone is going to be in the limelight. the question is whether that hurts or helps them.
6. nope, i dont really care about that. there was some early chatter about how all power players are good at challenges, but we had the most power players on this tribe and we lost! bc not all challenges are purely skill based. some are social, some are strategic. i think challenge peformance matters very little right now, esp with a potential merge coming in the mid-to-near future?

1. We have the sorts of challenge competitors that enjoy going all-out "HEY HO, LET'S GO!" Unfortunately this was more of a social challenge and our attempts were... not super socially strong. We gathered three of us quickly, but we struggled with finding others because we couldn't easily rule people out... though it also seems that it meant they couldn't find out all of our passwords either. They were completely stumped on some of us. It just also meant that we... didn't get many passwords ourselves...
2. I mean, I love the social interactions! So I'm getting super into this part of the game. I'm meeting most of these people for the first time, and I love that. But meeting new people who have met each other also gives you that air of "how do I know they're not all working against me?" We've got some people that bring a lot to the table and I just bring my used motorcycles. Which are still for sale, just FYI.
3. If I were playing a game I'd have customised us all to be wearing matching helmets! So we'd have to stick together so our look would be complete! But like, in games we tend not to pick off our own party members... except in Pyre. *This answer was not sponsored by SuperGiant Games*
4. I think that Epona is incredibly influential to this vote. We've got someone who's got a vested interest in the outcome of the vote who will then join the tribe. In a game as dependant on social interactions as this one, I think ignoring Epona would be very silly for all of us. We've got to consider every potential dynamic at tribal, and Epona's just as much a part of the tribe as we are.
5. I mean, the two options you gave aren't mutually exclusive? You can be in the limelight without any bonds. Although that's probably the bad kind of being in the limelight.
6. All I really care about is who's interested in buying my motorcycles. It's a social game, not a Challenge Game. How many challenges you've won compared to how many challenges people think you will win often don't line up. Especially since the skillsets required for challenges vary a lot, like Sidon said. Though I can't say I want to come back here again. I liked winning a challenge.
7. I think that two people was much more manageable. Fourteen was definitely funny though.

I feel like we had an awkward situation of having a very successful first half of the challenge that was backed by that being the easy bit. There was a double edge to it in that we had some of the hardest to pin down codes in a match the code to the person. Like it was going to be hit or miss, someone gives their codes to someone who ends up being on one tribe, the same happens in another one and it's all over from there.
2. Is it hard to bond with people you just met, or are you finding the pace of this game to be invigorating? What specifically do you think has lead you to this conclusion?
I mean, bonding with people you just met is just part and parcel of Survivor right? If it happens in TC3 or TC1, the mechanics don't change. I don't think it's good to try and say is it hard or easy. Better to say, it's been draining but enjoyable.
3. If you were actually playing Breath of the Wild right now with this modified storyline, would you be more apt to work with your adventurers or go off and do your own thing? What do you think the optimal strategy is that would help you accomplish whichever of these two paths you chose?
I mean, I am an NPC so uhhh I'd probably be chillin doing what I was doing and getting pampered by Riju which sounds pretty good tbh.
4. Epona has now joined your tribe and will be around to talk to during this tribal. How do you feel this could help influence your decisions tonight? Although they don't have a vote, will you listen to Eponas opinions on who to save and who to eliminate?
Epona gets a say in the same way everyone gets a say. Like a game like this I think everyone has to think about how things will be seen by everyone else. So yeah, I think we have all talked to Epona and gotten their opinions.
5. Survivor isn't just about socializing or strategizing. There's also a lot of power behind the bonds you form and the strategies you come up with. Do you think it's better to be part of a powerful bonded crew, or do you find that it's easier to not be in the limelight and just go with the flow?
It's not a question of better or worse, but rather a question of better or worse for you. Some players will ride the linelight and balance being a top dog with being a threat. Others will hide in the shadows and strike when the time is right. Others still will sit in with a strong crowd and sand that down to a victory. It's all legitimate, everyone is different.
6. Do potential challenge assets come into play when making your decision on voting off tonight? You don't actually know how many more tribal/pre-merge challenges there are and who knows if the choice you make tonight will serve you well in the future. Or are you not prioritizing that at all at this point?
Maybe? Like there is such a variance in skill set. I know that I am shit at jigsaws but apparently amazing at flash games. And with this constant swapping it's hard to know how anything sits.

1: The first challenge was typical bastard modding. DesignateOaki's strategy to state tribe name and for us not to talk to anyone would have won it for us.
2: I am unsure if we are playing a tribal game or musical chairs. My sensors indicate the later.
3: Optimal strategy: Use Shield Clipping to beat other adventures to all the treasure chests.
4: Attending a tribal while having the presence of a ghost must be surreal. FamiliarHorseName is like a chatty spectator.
5: Power is one of three traits needed to win Survivor: PowervCouragevWisdom
6: If we are prioritizing challenge assets then as per previous results we should vote the person who talks the most.

1. Winning the challenge was made difficult by not knowing what it was.
2. Neither. I do not find it extremely hard to bond with new people, but I would like the pace of the game to fucking stop please.
3. What a strange question. I guess I would stay together in order to find out whether multiplayer breath of the wild is fun.
4. I believe everyone does care what Epona thinks. We do not wish her to feel left out, as she is a real tribe member.
5. I do not believe these two strategies to be mutually exclusive.
6. It's impossible to know who is good in challenges based off this challenge, because this challenge was an anomaly.
Bonus Question: I would rather be bored than stressed.

Sit yourselves down round this fire again, young adventurers. Fire represents your life in this game, and when it's out, so are you. Now does anyone have any skill or item that they wish to use at this time? Remember any and all invalid items WILL be thrown into this firepit. No one is risking the flames. Now to the reason I've brought you back here, it is time to read the votes. With 3 votes, that's enough. The tribe has spoken, Oaki you have been voted out of the game.
