I don't understand Oaki's play this round at all! Like he's also trying to throw the challenge because? Reasons? doesn't want Epona to go to a tribe with Wisdoms?
Like lets look at this tribe, you got 2 power, 2 courage and 1 wisdom
Nobody has prior connections from their second tribes
Oaki could be super at risk here if Ancient Oven works with the 2 powers
Kohga/Patricia will probably try to work things out, like Kohga was happy to work with Roscoe before that became the easy vote
Likewise if it ends up being a 4-1 against a power, then Epona comes and joins it then could easily become a Wisdom+Power vs Courage
Oaki has put himself in a very dangerous position
And I feel like Sidon is the kind of player who will flip on Oaki if it keeps himself in the game, especially if it keeps him in with an advantage that nobody else knows about

Oh and also there's 3 idols on that tribe, Kohga, Patricia and Sidon
I don't see Sidon using an idol to save Oaki

but you know what i think if a player wants to engage in some crackery i think that's beautiful and very sexy. if you're not playing for the crowds* you're not playing at all
*consistent with the game objects as defined by the ruleset

For the way this particular idol hunt worked, we decided in advance that if anyone else found it, we would not give any indication regarding whether or not it had been already found.

It was discussed quite a bit but the winning argument was that on the show you wouldn't know if someone had found an idol if you checked the same tree as where it was hidden
Also it's quite entertaining watching them go back and forth on not knowing things
Another thing is that figuring out the word nintendo fits in so well with the letters, like that's surely a stopping point for some people, it's super obvious that it's gotta be that word, it's too big a coincidence that all the letters fit into that

So. Let's talk idols now that I have one. Mipha has one. I have one. Two other "advantages" (have to assume idols) were given out at the beginning. Clearly the crossword to the random book color shape whatever madness link thing leads to an idol that has most certainly already been claimed (probably by Urbosa). Soo...5 IDOLS?! Dang things will get wild that's for sure. She literally has an idol called Spirit Orb and she's on the Spirit tribe....surely it's a good assumption to make that there's 1 idol per tribe here |

I mean I literally got one of the advantages, had a read of it, and gave it away. Sidon said that he'd give it back but he hasn't yet... I guess he just forgot because keeping it is literally telling me that he doesn't actually care about our final two deal. also i plan to "forget" to give oaki's legacy advantage back as long as possible until he brings it up. |
