I just used a meme generator to be honest. Anyway confessional time, so if you want the summary of last round you see what I posted on page 1 of this thread: powervcouragevwisdom.freeforums.net/thread/84/welcomeBut now time for a retrospective. I've said before that I don't think I really belonged to be classified as a Power player, and given that tribal I think it's true. I'm not a huge schemer or really a HUGE moves, especially not early on. I'm good at challenges and I'm loyal, but guess what...a lot of the people who do identify as "power players" as listen in the description are the kind to like, pull weird shit like that off the bat, they're active, I'm passive. But anyway, that blindside didn't hit me (thanks to my agressive challenge ability possibly) so now it's a time to reasses my game and think of the possible reasons why I was left out. 1. I was too hedgy. I made it clear I cared about tribe unity and no one tried to make a strong pitch for Teebo or Magda at me and my apparent lack of commitment made them fear I'd just leak whatever plan they had anyway and people wanted to have an ironclad group. It probably also didn't help that I was very hedgy in my responses to Patricia and talked around Teebo instead of telling him what was up. 2. I was too intimidating. Look whether I like it or not, people saw me as likeable and strong at challenges. They probably got scared of what I'd be able to do down the line and couldn't kill me here, so they decided to handicap me by taking out an ally of mine. I made it very clear to Kass I liked Magda and probably everyone else. Though if they wanted to do that while maintaining my trust, they probably would have also sent me the end of round PM so I wasn't completely in the dark. I didn't get one. 3. My PMs dropped off and it was last minute. I wasn't feeling the game today to be honest and I had a bunch of PMs I left from 2 or 3 hours left in the phase after being gone all morning so like yeah...maybe they just never got around to telling me but come on, Patty and Roscoe were around all night. 4. Khoga's a jerk. I dunno, they seemed to be setting me up as a fall guy/evil emperor from the start and I wouldn't be surprised if they were planning to do a blindside from the start. Regardless, that tribe I want to see crash and burn. I tried to be cordial and wanted to just follow the tribe, the tribe decided to kick me to the curb. So they will pay: I will have to be savvier and more commited now. It is a shame that someone who was also blindsided will pay, but that is the game I live in right now. Strangely, I've been exactly in this situation before, on the outs from my first tribe, with a list of people to kill. In fact it happens quite a bit, but guess what, I've always outlasted my list, and I plan on making that the case this time as well.

Prayers for a challenge win here. I feel okay about going to tribal but it could be just as likely Peli and Oaki decide to just cut me and instead try and work with power players. Oaki seems determined to use me as a shield however so I think we'll be fine.

I am so sorry, I am all out of prayers. Are thoughts good enough or do they lack the required effort?

Important note, I am now the only player left in the game who hasn't been an eligible vote at tribal. Granted round 1 messed that up real good but I need to see how long this streak can go

Okay so thoughts on my two tribemates before a likely swap.
Aoki: I really like Aoki, they give me quite a bit of content in PMs and we bonded over game talk really well. I trust that think having me alive is good for my game. However, I am nervous that if I stop being valuable to them, I'll get cut easily. They clearly have a good game sense and are naturally likeable, so they should be a good partner in the short term. In the long term I'm probably going to have to cut them, because they're likely just going to have better connections and narrative.
Pelisan: I like Peli, we got along decently well yesterday, mostly bonding over media. But they also didn't reply to my stuff despite being "online" most of yesterday. Now granted, people go to mobile often and I'm not stranger to just checking if I have new messages or updates even if I have stuff to reply to, but they just feel, kind of distant. I'm nervous they might see me and Aoki as a pair and them as a third wheel, which would suck, because I really want to be able to work with them and trust them. Then again my ability to trust got shattered very early on, so maybe I'm just going to be paranoid the entire time.
This game is going to be hard, like really hard. If I get to find out what happened this first tribal then I can probably piece together a strategy, but like, I don't think anyone will give me the straight from that night aside from the other person left out. And even then can I really trust that someone isn't lying about that, especially if one of teebo or kass goes, there won't be any counterclaim to it. Just ugh. I'm looking for a partner I can trust and who I don't feel outclassed by, and I keep getting vibes for only one or none of those this game. Still, if I can win enough immunities maybe all my problems will magically resolve, at the cost of making me seem like more of a challenge threat. Seriously, can we get a challenge that I bomb but my tribe still wins, mods, that'd be great.
