Sidon is my Legacy Advantage buddy.
Mipha is my secret buddy.
Patty is my human-level buddy.
Riju is my lovely buddy.
Revali is my meat shield.
Also like half of them hate each other.
I think there will be an explosion and it'll be right in my face... but I like having options...
This is a dilemma.

Yes, I was very secretive when I told the other tribe all five of our words.
The fact that I didn't tell them my specific ones definitely helped me look innocent there.
I feel almost too comfortable...

Not gonna lie, I do think this game has a very different tone than the last one(s) I played.
I think you can tell that most of us have signed up as some kind of escapism from everything. Things feel a lot more generally wholesome than previous games.
I really think that given the real world climate, the social game is going to be 10000% times more important than usual.
Though like... outside of the game perspective... I really think we have a super cool cast compared to my last game. I might have just had more of a chance to meet people than last time. But I really do like this game a lot.

Patty trying to split up me and Sidon while we're passing a Legacy Advantage back and forth is the funniest thing.
I know that she doesn't have any reasonable way to think that we have it, because seriously why did Roscoe give me that thing, but it is kind of funny.

Currently the theory that Sidon and I have:
After we vote out Oven, we're at 15 players.
Given that the Legacy Advantage says that it can be played at 13 or at 6, we're assuming that means that at 13 we're either going to be merged, or in a shipwreck-style twist.
This game has been a fan of not giving us a lot of time in our tribes, so we're pretty sure there'll be a double TC after this. I can't protect Mipha and Riju, so I'm going to play to win the challenge for real this time. Also because... I need to lose some allies. Sidon is against Mipha, Riju, and Patty. That's going to cause problems assuming I do Final Two with him. But if Horse can pick off Riju for me, then I don't have to break my heart and do it myself. Also if Riju's gone that means that I can be closer with Mipha because she won't have the Riju connection anymore. I can blame Oven on Patty since Patty is trying to turn me and Sidon against each other. Unless Mipha's built any other bonds, I should be good with her.
Of course, assuming Sidon lets me hold the Legacy Advantage at 13 I can use that to help leverage votes. If the people who might come for me know that they can't go for me, then I'm good. Unless there's a Legacy Advantage nullifier.... surely there isn't. Though... it's possible. And so I probably shouldn't use it as leverage. I should just play it at 13.

The thing that gets me is that...
Patty's lining up Sidon for next tribal, not tonight. To my knowledge, at least.
And if she is doing that... I make merge. No matter how this plays out. If she sways Epona, then Sidon goes 15th or 14th (depending on which tribal happens first), and then I play Legacy at 13 and make 12.
If Patty doesn't sway Epona, then Sidon, Epona, and myself take out Patty. The three of us are now a solid group, I might not need to play the Legacy at 13, and make 12.
I don't know what happens after 12, but I'm confident that I get that far. And I feel that Revali/Mipha/Riju will be happy with the whole "Hey, remember the Oak Tree that threw a challenge to keep us safe? Maybe he's a loyal ally!"

The only kids of big plays I want to make are the big plays that benefit somebody else more than they benefit me. Or at least, the big plays that appear to benefit somebody else more than they benefit me.

In fifteen minutes I'm either about to look like the dumbest player of all time getting Prince Sidon blindsided, or a fantastic social player for gaining the trust of three people not on my tribe and taking control of this one.
I'm really hoping it's the latter, but if it's the former then I'm gonna roll with it. Like a motorcycle.

Ten minutes out from the vote I can't do anything.
Pretty sure he's trying to take everything off me before I get voted out.
Won't say anything because, like, I can't do anything if that's right. I realised that I probably started coming off as a threat. And I can't afford to blow anything up if I'm wrong.

Could Patty have been warned that I threw the challenge? It's definitely possible. They did have the time to do so... Mipha would've been the one to do it if anyone did. I probably shouldn't have trusted her with that.
Man, if this is how I go out then honestly I can be happy with it. A good life lesson. Don't be a dumbass.
