Round 5 - Main Challenge
Create and Conquer a Divine Beast!
it’s time to see who has the biggest and best Divine Beast! This challenge is split into 2 halves, the first half you will be creating your Beasts, the second half you will be taking down each of the other tribes Beasts.
For the first half you will all find a link to a spreadsheet in your tribe area, this spreadsheet has 2 sheets on it, a ‘Creation’ sheet and a ‘Beast’ sheet, typing anything into any cell on the ‘Creation’ sheet will fill in that same cell on the ‘Beast’ sheet
Your ‘Beasts’ should look a little bit like a Maze with the starting point being the Green Square and the ending point being the Red Square
For the second half each member of each tribe will then receive the pictures of each of the opposing Mazes and must solve all other Mazes as quick as possible and post them in their confessional (We advise using Paint or another image editing tool for this)
The 2 tribes with the fastest average maze solving time will win immunity, the 2 tribes with the slowest average time will go to tribal.
You have 24 hours to create your beasts, at that point they will be submitted regardless of how they look.

Round 7 - Ri/EOE Challenge

Recital at Warbler's Nest
in order to help the fledglings at Warbler's Nest, you must guide them as a conductor to perform an ancient song. This will allow them to finally solve an old mystery of an ancient song. They each know a specific note, but unfortunately can't read the writing in Hylian.
This is where you come in! Luckily you can read the notes, but unfortunately you have to figure out which fledgling knows which note in order to get the pattern down.
in this challenge, you will be listening and watching the pattern of colored tiles. You will then be repeating them in the order which they appear. (Pro Tip: if you know the game Simon Says, it's that). You do this to get as high a score you can. Use whatever speed setting you want, but if you go slower, it will take longer to potentially build up your score, though it might be easier to follow if you do.
if you have some form of limitation preventing you from either seeing or hearing the board, please let a mod know, but despite there being colors on the pad this is not actually a colors driven game. For reference this is what the board looks like:
Red Green Blue Yellow
Once you have a score you are satisfied with, take a screenshot with a tab of this game open in the background to validate your submission. The adventurer with the highest score will keep their life. Everyone else will lose a life.
if you have questions please message a mod. Time to find the perfect melody!

Round 2 - EOE/Ri & Main Challenge
[image]
Shield Surfing!
As you climb a mountain looking for one of the Divine Beasts, you arrive at a strange cottage. it is cold up here, and the fire going inside looks inviting. You knock on the door and a strange man answers. He let's you inside where you warm up a moment. As you let the warm blazing flames breathe new life into your veins, he offers you a strange challenge.
He is willing to bet 100 rupees that you can't beat him in a shield surfing challenge. Despite being on a quest to save all of mankind, you can't help but feel compelled to compete! You go outside to a nearby slope and practice a little bit before you decide you think you have what it takes!
it's time to now compete against your fellow adventurers in a good ol fashioned flash game!
in this game you can pick any setting you want. Lower speeds will be easy to do, but the amount of points you can earn is lower, though it'll be easy to get lots of points via chains. Higher settings are much tougher to do and you will likely screw up getting big chains which will add to your score, however the points you do earn will be higher. it's a risk, but the reward might be worth the gamble! Feel free to practice as much as you want, and when you are ready to submit, take a screenshot with your score and a tab with this game open in the background to validate.
Highest score by the end of the timer wins! Best of luck adventurers.

Round 9.5 - End of EOE/Ri Challenge

Sword Training
The few of you left in the Resurrection Chamber have been sitting and waiting for your chance to get back into the fray of battle. Some of you may have had an opportunity and failed, while others are itching for their chance. As you all sit in the room, a voice calls out to you. it tells you that at this time, you must prove you have what it takes for a chance at redemption. in some way or another you have failed to show that you can properly wield a sword and shield for combat.
This final challenge will test your ability to read your opponents in battle. As you all stand up, a virtual sword and shield are placed in your hand and a number of heart containers appear above your head. This is it, a battle royale, a final show down. This will show what you have learned from the accumulation of your time in Hyrule. The ultimate sword training!
For those of you who have played Ready, Aim, Fire, this challenge will be fairly straight forward.
For the rest of you, here are the basic rules:
1. Each round you will choose one of three actions: Strike with a Sword, Parry a Blow with your Shield, or Bide your Time. Put simply, you can say "Sword" "Shield" or "Bide". 2. After everyone has locked in a response, the mods will post the results. 3. Rounds will continue until only one player has heart containers left. 4. if a Round results in the remaining players losing their last life, they will repeat that final round until only one adventurer is left standing. 5. The number of lives you go into this with are determined by the following parameters: a) if you have been here since Pre merge, you get +2 lives. b) if you arrived here after the merge but before last round, you get +1 life. c) All players enter this round with the lives they had prior. d) if you just got here from last round, you get the same default of 2 lives that everyone else had when they arrived. e) Every life you have = 1 heart container. 6. DO NOT DiSCUSS THiS CHALLENGE WiTH YOUR FELLOW ADVENTURERS.
How to lose a life:
1. Being struck with a sword when you don't have a shield raised. 2. Raising a shield when no one attacks you (because it's a lot of work!)
Some generic scenario based things:
1. if you attack someone, they lose a life unless they have a shield raised. 2. if you attack someone and they attack you back, you both lose a life. 3. if you bide your time, you do nothing and are susceptible to a sword attack, but a raised shield or another biding adventurer does nothing to do.
if you have questions about how this challenge works or what scenario might play out, please ask a mod.
Best of luck adventurers, and may the best win!

Round 14 - f5 Main Challenge

Sheikah Slate Message Scramble
There are fewer adventurers now than before. You know you don't have farther left to go to get through Hyrule Castle to save Zelda, but the trials you have faced so far have been draining. You all are ready to get to your final battle and have this over with. As you turn a corner and go up some stairs, avoiding being seen by several Guardians, you arrive at a door.
You push on it, but the stone door doesn't budge. You are about to try another path when some glowing symbols appear. You scratch your head a bit before your Sheikah Slate makes a noise. You pick it up and watch as a bunch of symbols appear. They match the door! You look wide eyed as you press the Slate up against the door.
As you do, several lightning fast dots appear and begin to speed around the screen. You touch one and more appear. You touch another and some appear, but others disappear. You rub your chin before deciding that this must be some sort of puzzle to decrypt the symbols on the screen. With a deep breath you begin to see if you can unscramble the message.
You will now fill out a doodle with preferred times to do a live chat based challenge. Please do so as soon as possible so we can schedule. Once we do, you will receive further instructions at that time. Thanks!
~
[once all times are submitted]
The time for this challenge will be at ______ and we will start promptly on time. This challenge will be hosted in chatzy. Please be sure to log in using your player name as to not accidentally out yourself. We recommend logging in prior to this time to get this set up so you aren't caught off guard.
if you have any questions aside from how to access chatzy, please reserve them until we get everyone in. All rules will be explained at that time.
Thank you!
~
[Rules for during the live challenge will be written ahead of time, but until i have a chance to run the live thing, i'm going to leave this open so i can edit later.]

Round 8 - Ri/EOE Challenge
Groovin' With Hestu
While you all wait in the Resurrection Chamber for your chance at redemption, you hear something. it's a fast paced melodic song that gets your feet tapping and your hands clapping. You don't know why, and you don't know how it has such power over you, but this magical song seems to stir something inside of you.
You all immediately get to your feet and begin dancing as the sound of magical maracas plays in the background. A giant treelike humanoid appears and begins to dance alongside you. it appears that the Korok, Hestu, has decided to try and make your lives a bit livelier! it feels like you are being compelled to dance, rather than actually want to.
in this challenge, you will be participating in what is essentially the equivalent of Dance Dance Revolution! (link here). You will be [Performing same song? Performing whatever song you want?]. You can practice and perform as much as you want. When you have a score you are satisfied with you will post a picture in your confessional alongside an open tab to these forums. The person with the highest score at the end of the timer will keep their lives intact, all others will lose.
if you have questions, please contact a mod.
Ready, Set, DANCE FOOLS DANCE AHHHHH!
