Final 6

What are you going to do to navigate this interesting situation?

The Situation

Urbosa has decided to use a couple of her many items to stall TC and save her friend Epona.  One such item was an item stealer that apparently took Kohga's half idol.  This might not be true, but I do suspect that Kohga was the target and did lose something.  

The second item played froze Epona and prevented her from being eliminated this round.  Now we are forced to vote out Kohga/Revali/Sidon/Myself and the odds are leaning heavily to it being Revali or Sidon.


The Consequence

This "move" if thats what we are calling it... was done with the expectation that everyone is on an equal playing field.  This is strictly not true.  I'm the one with at least a slight insight on the jury and know that Urbosa/Epona are both very likely to be considered threats to win this game.  Sidon probably has an edge over Urbosa as well and everyone in the game currently is aware of these threat levels.  

Urbosa doing what she did will not be considered a good move but instead be considered a frustrating one.  She has helped one of the games biggest threats and likely just given Epona even more material for her final speech.  The players in game are mad at Urbosa, not for controlling the game and forcing her own results but for helping improve Epona's odds.  Now if Urbosa continues to wrongly assume she can beat Epona, that leaves us all in a seriously bad situation.

What's worse is that we are all concerned with the final immunity be rubee related and with no idols to protect Urbosa, we are forced to take her out and allowing Epona into FTC.  If Kohga can somehow win immunity then at least we are given the option of which threat to take and Urbosa makes it.  At that point, her move is at least somewhat viable but it hinges on 1.) Kohga getting to final Immunity and 2.) Kohga winning final immunity over Epona.


Now this could all be a moot point and Urbosa could luck out with a final immunity that is quite winnable for her but the point still stands that she did this without foresight and moved impulsively likely just because she could.



The Takeaway

I'm probably one of the few that doesn't get hurt too badly from this.  The jury is still stacked in my favor and I have several people all willing to take me to the end of the game with them.  The only bad part of this is Epona still being in and likely not caring about what happens to me.

I have to hope that she would prefer Kohga gone to me but I am unsure that is the case.  What I should be doing is working on Urbosa to convince her Epona needs to go at 5.  She is "protecting" me but that protection is irrelevant if I get stuck in a Finals with Epona who I do fear could beat me given what Urbosa just did.  I expect that Oven/Kass both view Epona a strong contender and I already know Horse and others have had plenty of time to hype her up.

Yeah I should probably just vote Sidon out here and rip the bandaid off. I suppose he could win immunity? What happens then? Kohga goes?

Is it me?

Sidon and I have a very complicated history this game so I wouldn't mind if he survived this somehow but I also understand that people consider him a threat and choosing his side probably doesn't help me much. There could be a terrible situation next round where I'm just screwed and that situation could maybe still happen.

Urbosa has some kingmaking potential but she probably doesn't really realize it. If we are wrong and final 4 is winnable for her, then good job and I'm in for a rough FTC.

I'm also wondering what could happen in this game if it was a Final 2 in which case.... hmm, it gets complicated for sure. The final 4 challenge would probably not be advertised as Final Immunity so we would know then and that could impact the vote. It's possible Kohga tries to make a deal with Revali but I don't see Revali wanting to take anyone but me in a Final 2.

The only other possibility is that Revali is a true goat and blinded by following someone like Urbosa to go all the way. he seems smarter then that tho.

Oof, Sidon now knows cause Kohga couldn't resist warning him. He is probably throwing me under the bus and I'm sure Sidon will be pissed in Jury because of this.

It's why I wanted him to last until at least 5 so he wouldn't hate on me too much.

Oof Sidon... I won't forget playing this game with you for quite some time lol.
