I mean it is a bastard game, so who knows what they'll try to pull. I've seen season 40 but thanks for the spoiler. And yeah, I don't want to pull a Sarah either, though I think I can understand where the jury is coming from if this is accurate. Like Kass just had our number on power tribe and recovered from their number 1 ally Teebo being fucked round 2 (and who is on the jury) and is the only remaining member of the Spirit Bomb tribe and from what I've heard, is amazing at getting people to love them. Remember they tried to blindside round 1 and then when we reunited we called ceasefires, so even when things went wrong, they still went right. So between that and spirit bomb being the jury, well, yeah Kass is solid, not to mention they still might have an idol. Epona has played an amazing social game, they're just so positive and managed to be talking to 5 people in the twist and organize a big play at an opportune time, they also managed to come back from exile and not immediately be the boot in the tribal after oaki. So like I see that one. Sidon is the most intriguing one, but like Sidon clearly knows a lot of things and I think people see him as the lynchpin of you/kass and any "people who talk a lot" like everyone has good relations and they are just good at talking. Since we're more UTR then well, credit for stuff goes to Sidon and no matter what we can actually claim, he's a part of it. Combine that with being the ONLY courage not to get completely boned by all their infighting and I can definitely see how they'd be a front runner, though with last round I'd knock that win equity a bit down. Still that's painting their cases in the best possible light but if you want to think of your matchups, it's what you need to think about. Sidon! The lynchpin between me and kass! Anyway, regardless of whether the jury is insane or not (have I done too good a job hiding my game to where it now looks like it didn't exist?), I'm spooked and I'm tightening things with Revali and even giving fucking Oaki the time of day. Mipha has been telling a lot of people lots of dead people info and gave me almost nothing, so I surmise that she probably hates me and I should kill her anyway because she might know about my idol (good god this is stupid). I've stupidly leaked that she thinks I have it to Revali because I'm some sort of idiot. So, anyway, I think I'd like to kill Mipha immediately and then see what's what and start thinking about doing something stupid. I don't know if it's in me, but we'll see.

Er, so. I asked Mipha to please dial it back on spreading the threat thing around, and I think I might have made a mistake in doing so, because she went (paraphrasing) 'aha I was testing each person with different information and that's what I told Epona, so she must be leaking'. So, um, I may have incriminated Epona. But it sounds like a lot of people knew anyway? So clearly it *did* spread. The good news there is that it sounds like not everything she's saying is true. Which means maybe she made a guess on you having the idol and tried to push that to see who would ask her about having an idol detection advantage. But I'm a little confused on the whole. Jesus Mipha is a colossal mess. I really do not want anything to do with her. |

Mipha says she also knows who has the courage and spirit idols, implying those are the only ones left. Kass is the only surviving member of Spirit. <_>

Mipha update: just being weirdly passive aggressive toward me for no reason. I really don't want to deal with this person!
Sidon seems to think somebody slipped something about Urbosa targeting Kass. He said something about her getting her immunity pants on, which will be an episode title contender i'm sure.

ah, i see drench is not in this game, that's always a disappointing thing to find out and yet you never seem to pick the same ones i do. i had magda down for like 20% chance of being you
the other contender, also from sidon, was "they just... tripped and fell and happened to communicate with each other?" but it pertains more to the events of last episode so idk
tonight was a great big witch hunt after oaki said urbosa tried to recruit him and the returnees into a kass blindside. as usual, the culprit turned out to be oaki exaggerating a much milder statement. the dude cannot help himself

god fucking damn it sidon wants me to keep trying with mipha and he's right she has no one, it's just that she has no one because she's so fucking bizarre and feels fake all the time
and with epona wanting to shift the target to oaki her survival could become a reality

I am not cut out for this game. I know this is my 400th post on this topic. Sorry.
I feel like nearly everyone really has me in their endgame plans, and really feels a personal connection with me, and I hate hurting people. I feel important to too many of them. I need enemies, or sides. I want to do nothing and wait for it to resolve itself but that's how I lose.
I know that the end of this game is going to force me to betray someone every round, and I feel sick to my stomach thinking about it. And I can't even feel as though theres any clear way for me to convert the knifing into a win. I'm guaranteed to face a bitter jury who all thought we were best friends; and they aren't wrong and I do value them, but no one ever cares about that. I don't have anxiety but survivor makes me anxious. It's affecting my sleep, among other things.
Add to this an unusual amount of life stress and inability to access my best destress activities due to covid and you have a recipe for feeling overwhelmed.
