To Epona:
I hate this setup. Why couldn't we have had Oaki or Patricia as a potentially easy vote?
With Hunnie
It seems to be the general consensus that Kass tipped off Patricia to the vote two rounds ago, and then passed on information that people were splitting votes. If he hadn't, Patricia wouldn't have played her idol, and Mipha would still be here. The round before that, he evidently passed Daruk's Protection to her to use, so if both are still here next round I worry they could easily lock something in and make a strong push to the end of the game with players like Oaki, who they probably assume (based off his consistently low rankings in these challenges) that he might be easy to beat in a Jury vote.
Epona's central positioning among the group also concerns me. I think they are a bit more willing to work with us as we move forward, which gives us a pretty decent shield if everyone else also acknowledges their position in the tribe as well after the last vote. It just makes me uncomfortable to not even consider the possibility, but I worry taking Epona out too soon might put us on the outside of the numbers more than it already feels like we are.
I have to play this round VERY carefully. The lynchpin to this entire group is going to be Hunnie, a thought that brings me so much joy because I think people have vastly underestimated her throughout this adventure, and she deserves to be viewed as more than an expendable vote. That said, I also worry she could easily turn on me here despite all my efforts since the Merge to shore up my bonds with her. I'm hoping that a little honesty goes a long way here.
I know she and Kass have a working relationship in this game, but I'm hoping that I can highlight his connection to Patricia in such a way that Hunnie associates Mipha's boot directly with Kass' self-serving streak. Doing so also reinforces the idea I was on the Wisdom's side in the event Mipha came back into the game, and I'll need a voice of support in my corner (Hunnie) to smooth things over with the Zora Princess if I have any hope of making it to the end.
On the other side of the coin, though, I can't go all in on Kass. I need to give Hunnie options so she feels respected and part of the collaboration. I don't want her to feel like I am just laying out a plan without allowing her to provide her own input, to express her own concerns. I'm sure everyone to a certain degree feels a bit wary of Epona after their placement last round, but I also want to try steering the attention away from this line of thought if at all possible.

I agree with you that, of the three, I'd want to keep Kohga safe. If I'm being absolutely honest, my gut says this might be one of our only chances to take out Kass without him having potential numbers to counter with — Patricia, Oaki, et. al are on another tribe at the moment. Removing him from the board gives us a chance to endear ourselves to Hunnie, as I think she would appreciate people wanting to work with her and/or go to bat for her (which is why she was so hesitant to go against Horse, I think). Kohga and Kass may be closer than they let on, too, so that takes away a potential avenue for either of them to stab us down the line if the opportunity arose.I hate this setup. I appreciate you saying that you will not vote for me, and you have the same promise from me. You've been straight and open with me the entire game and I know I can trust you. I also think you have a pretty decent shot of winning immunity here, given you won the first puzzle challenge I think you're also hinting at something when you say you worry about certain players' connections? If you have any particular names in mind, I'm very interested, and I promise that I'll keep that discussion between the two of us. Urbosa said:
I'm definitely going to try my best here to, hopefully, give us more options when negotiating with the others here. And I am — I worry about Epona's and Kass' connections. I like both of them as people, but the last two rounds have been very illuminating:It seems to be the general consensus that Kass tipped off Patricia to the vote two rounds ago, and then passed on information that people were splitting votes.
