To clarify: will the item activate when I declare it? Or will it activate at what would've been the original Tribal Council deadline?
Also, I assume it won't say who voted for who.

This item will officially activate when the normal TC results would take place. Which is why you must declare to use it before the deadline ends to submit votes.
